"Uncomfortable boat. No whales."

Went on the morning “Waikoloa Deluxe Whale Watch.” It was awful. Boat was so uncomfortable. They squeeze four people on a bench that should hold no more than three. Absolutely no whales. No wildlife at all. Their “guaranteed” sighting doesn’t give you your money back. It allows you to go again, but who would want to? There were some people on our boat who were taking their second ride. They weren’t given a chance for a third. I guess their “guarantee” is just for the first ride. Should have saved our money for something else.
