Ocean Creek Resort in Myrtle Beach is set on 57 lush acres along the Grand Strand. This gated resort offers direct access to the beach and is just across from Barefoot Landing—home to top dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Spacious accommodations include oceanfront towers, garden villas, and townhomes, each with full kitchens, private balconies, and the comforts of home. Guests can swim in one of seven outdoor pools or unwind in the heated indoor pool and whirlpool. For active travelers, the resort features a tennis center, putting green, fitness room, and walking paths shaded by live oaks.

Families appreciate the on-site Beach Club Bar & Grill, kids’ playground, and easy access to Myrtle Beach attractions like Alligator Adventure and Alabama Theatre. Couples can enjoy sunrise strolls on the beach and cocktails at sunset overlooking the Atlantic.

With 24-hour gated security and a serene, park-like setting, Ocean Creek Resort offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful escape within minutes of Myrtle Beach’s most popular sights.

  • Guest Policy: The reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.
  • At this time daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request.
  • Beach Club Pool & Outdoor Pools: Open for the season based on weather sometime in the spring (check back for opening info!) through mid-fall, temperature-dependent.
  • Note, when open, the South Tower Pool is exclusive to South Tower Guests and the North Tower Pool is exclusive to North Tower Guests.
  • Indoor Pool: Open year-round and heated.
  • Parking: A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged at check-in. Special parking is provided, at your own risk, for trailer, buses, recreational vehicles, large trucks and motorcycles at the entrance of the resort as they are not permitted on the resort property.
  • A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. All special requests are subject to availability upon check in.

We stayed in Lodge 2 #2236. This was a 1 bedroom unit. Everything was perfect. No bugs or dirt. Nothing was worn or stained. The furniture appeared to be less than a year old. The kitchen contained all GE appliances and had everything you would want for cooking. The unit contained 1 1/2 baths and had a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. The flooring was vinyl wood tiles throughout. The AC worked perfectly. The tram was not running during our stay but the walk from lodge 2 was tolerable. The tram would have made going to the beach much easier. The heated indoor pool was quite warm and the hot tub was hot. The area is very quite and I always felt safe and relaxed even walking to the pool after dark. The beach pool and snack bar area is stunning with ocean views from.the snack bar. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at Ocean creek. My wife and I had a weekend stay over and our first contact from the hotel who was Shreeya was absolutely perfect. From inclusivity with my trans identity to showing us the ropes around the hotel and making sure we were well settled in we couldn't have asked for a better person to welcome us. This girl deserves a promotion.10/10 would recommend. This was the perfect gift for my wife and I's monthsary.

Like the gate security of Ocean Creek. The layout of units with trees, greenery, flowers make it a welcoming experience. I have stayed here four different times in studio units and each have been neat, clean and fully furnished with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Location is perfect with Barefoot Landing across the highway (shops and restaurants) and restaurant row is two miles away.

Great unit overall. Updated furniture and comfortable. New flooring, except bathrooms. Both showers need updated. Very slippery and no rails of any kind. Beautiful view from balcony….bar height outdoor furniture would be so nice to see over the railing! Cold air return was filthy, but otherwise very nice unit. Little hike to beach, but walk is very level. Gorgeous 5 days!
