Overall hotel was friendly and clean. Biggest complaints are 1) booked king room and when checked in received 2 queens, 2) no chair except for an uncomfortable desk chair, 3) conditioner and body wash bottles in shower were empty. Didn’t know until in the shower. Room very sterile - not overly welcoming. One wastebasket which was a pain to use when in the bathroom.
