The hotel has very beautiful gardens, well-maintained, and the space is nice and cozy. The bathrooms near the restaurant-dining area are nice, with very good lighting and quite comfortable. I am writing this review and giving it 3 stars because the hotel rooms do not have the same comfort or elegance. The ceiling of the rooms still has asbestos! This is potentially harmful to health and this is fully proven – the bathroom is old, although clean, but really very old – but the most uncomfortable thing and a real ordeal for my back was the mattress! Wow, it's unbearable! Too soft! How can they not invest in that? It’s the most important thing in a hotel – beyond beautiful gardens and impeccable restaurant bathrooms – a hotel is 90% about the comfort of the rooms and the other 10% is everything else, without any of it being less important
My husband left a bag with some clothes and flip-flops in the shuttle that transports to the park – we asked at the hotel but got no response. Obviously, that was our responsibility – it's a bus – but perhaps they didn't even bother to ask or investigate. I didn't see any helpful attitude from the hotel to try to find or recover anything. The hotel reception staff also can't be described as friendly as you would expect from a royal reception – they were in a hurry and showed considerable reluctance when I asked a young man in the game room for help – the game wasn't working and had kept the coins – he was rude and showed no interest in helping me.
