"Cancelled, rebooked and cancelled again. Now AUD500 out of pocket."

We had booked a trip for five several months ago. This was cancelled a couple of weeks ago and we were rebooked on to another trip. Unfortunately, this was cancelled on the day at their Boulder City Airport facility due to a mechanical fault. So 4 hours after we were collected we finally returned to Las Vegas. They only offered a refreshment after I said the whole morning was ruined and weren’t even offered water. Be warned if collected from Las Vegas you can have over an hour wait for the departure of your tour after a half hour coach ride to Boulder City. Now the tour was refunded and due to changes in USD:AUD exchange rate plus overseas transaction charges we are left AUD 500 out of pocket. Being a Sunday there was no management on site, but they promised someone would contact us. More disappointed that I had recommended this business as we had used them over 10 years ago. Next time we will try a different company that is based out of Las Vegas. Waste if half a day. I won’t be using them again.

We did the King of Canyons sunset tour, the route, information and scenery was excellent, Robin, the pilot was great. He provided a good amount of information with historical detail and insights and was very happy to help (taking photos and ensuring we had a full glass). The scenery is breathtaking and spectacular and the flight back into Las Vegas at Sunset with the strip's glowing lights & unmissable Sphere
