Important Information
    Maximum Occupancy:
  • For all 2 bedroom units Maximum occupancy is 4 People.
  • For all 3 bedroom units, Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • If the Company discovers that unit occupancy is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to terminate Guest's use of the Property and the Unit.
  • No Smoking is permitted in any Unit or in any place other than designated smoking areas on the Property. Violations of this policy shall result in immediate termination of the Guest's right to use the Unit and a cleaning damage fee of $500.00 for marijuana smoke and $250.00 for any other types of smoke to the Guest's credit card on file.
  • Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. Only Guests whose names are on the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. Any guest having events or group gatherings in the home or exceeding the numbers of authorized guests will be immediately evicted without a refund.
    Trash Policy: Trash and any used food items must be disposed of properly before check out. If there is excessive trash that is left in the unit or beyond the capacity of the trash bench outside the Unit, depending on the severity, there will be a penalty fee of $50.00 to $150.00 for excessive trash charged to the Guest’s credit card on file.
    Check out policy: Check out time is by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be approved by the Front Desk. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $150.00 penalty.
    Packages: The Company will accept deliveries and packages up to 50 pounds. Any packages larger than 50 pounds will be refused. Accepting and holding packages carry a mandatory charge of $1.00 per pound. All Deliveries can be done via Private Carriers such as Federal Express and UPS, as well as USPS.
    Fees: Resort fee of $14.99 per night, per room, plus taxes ($16.94) and a one-time Departure Cleaning fee of $150 plus tax ($169.50) is due directly to the hotel at check-in. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.
    Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs are allowed in a unit and the resort must be advised before checking in. No other types of pets are allowed. Pet fees are $25 per pet per day plus taxes, up to a maximum of $150 per pet, $300 for 2. Any unauthorized pet is subject to a $150 penalty plus pet fees. Any damage caused by said canine will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Assign our family a unit that is not already occupied. We arrived at our assigned unit, keyed in our code, only to find another family in the unit, occupied. How Embarrassing. Unit did not have enough furniture to accommodate our family. Only one couch. Window covers were sheer and did not keep out the light. The master bedroom bed had a broken frame and the was mattress sagging in the middle. They fixed it on day 2 of our vacation but left sheets and comforter piled up in middle. We were told housekeeping was to have made it up. They did not, we did. Master bath faucet has black mold in fixture. See pic. Shower stinks of mold. No dish clothes. Only seating for 2 on the porch. Blind cords were broken. The only furniture to sit on was a couch that smelled like dogs. Hot water gone after 1.5 people shower. Paint missing in master bath, cheap looking. Actually bring extra pillows and blankets you said you would bring that we requested several times. Get AC units that you can lower below 72 degrees. Instructions on how to use the TV's. Vista Cay failed our family and we won't be back. If you are considering this place because prices are cheap. You get what you pay for, bad units and bad service. Look elsewhere.

Checked in on a Thursday and heard banging noises from the unit above every day and night culminating in multiple security calls & finally Orlando police having to respond at 1 o’clock in the morning Sunday morning. Although the unit was spacious and comfortable, the windowsills were coded with dead bugs the outdoor furniture on the patio was dirty. Chain lock was broken on the front door and handle lock was broken on the back door. In fact, the back door was totally unlocked upon check-in. The side door to the building, which was next to our unit did not close completely also representing a security risk. The noise led to an exhausting stay for me attending a meeting.

We were given a three bed condo although we originally booked a two bed. The condo was huge, with very well fitted out amenities. We overlooked the car par which wasn’t really a problem. The pool area is recently renovated and huge with more than enough beds etc. parking was plentiful and easy, never struggling to find a spot. Check in was fast and efficient. The only niggles were a couple of light bulbs not working and balcony furniture was poor, but we weren’t there to sit on the balcony. In all honesty, it could have been cleaner (under furniture was vey dusty). Not quite as good as I was expecting from booking through Virgin but it didn’t spoil our stay. For first timers, publix supermarket, Beth’s burger bar and a sushi bar are all just across the car park and are worth a visit. Be aware when you budget as like everywhere, it has gone very expensive, I know, because it was our eight time.

Book somewhere else - booklet says that the townhouse is finished and cleaned to a high standard not the one that I am staying in the now. Reported toilet seat loose 3 days ago no one been out and another one is loose. Reported just for their information that the couch in the town house is so old the leather if it is that is coming off when you are sitting on it and is on our bodies and all over the town house using the beach towels they provided to try and cover as much as possible. Kitchen area has 5 lights on ceiling and 3 of them are out not going to bother reporting it as we will be home by time they bother. Our bed in main bedroom is falling apart it dips in the middle. Master bathroom the light is out on one of the lights above sink. One sink does not drain great. Drain cover off one of the drain at front of property been like that since day we arrived maintenance can pass daily!!! Health hazard when darker at night and there’s a hole that someone can trip on I’m usually not one to complain unless it is really bad. House if up to standard would be great as big space all over, internet speed great and location is prefect for both Disney and universal. We used publix but decided to get Lyft to Walmart as it does work out cheaper.

Our 2nd visit....but our last. Our 2 bedroom "deluxe" apartment was far from deluxe . The apartment was very fusty smelling, very damp and mold growing in the second bathroom, hasn't been cleaned properly in months, dishwasher was filthy, toilets were not cleaned very well, this apartment needs a total refurb, how you can put people in this apartment is unbelievable, I took photos and went back to reception but not even an apology

Pet fees: $25.00 per pet per day plus tax, up to a maximum of $150.00 per pet, $300.00 for two. Any unauthorized pet is subject to a $150.00 penalty, plus pet fees. Any damage caused by said canine will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Are cribs available?

The company offers pack'n plays and high chairs for rent at $10 per day per item plus taxes, subject to availability. You can contact the reservations or front desk to add the item to your reservation, preferably before the arrival date. Unfortunately, the company does not offer baby gates or rollaway.

Do the units have kitchens?

Suites and townhomes have full-size, FULLY EQUIPPED, gourmet kitchens with glass top stoves, built-in microwaves, convection ovens, and dishwashers. Kitchens also provide all utensils and pots and pans as well as small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, and blenders.
