"Had a relaxing vacation"

We had a relaxing & comfortable vacation this past weekend. The check-in was so seamless and stress-free, thanks to Adrian who was very kind and helped us. We took advantage of the indoor waterpark promo, it was our first time to go there, it was very convenient that the waterpark was connected to the Brock hotel. Parking was awesome too, you can go in & out anytime you want, they know to let you in/out without having to get a ticket/ ask the attendant. The room was clean & spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxing weekend.

"Pleasant stay with falls view upgrade"

We had a very pleasant experience. Our room was upgraded on arrival so we got a lovely view of the falls (thanks, Adrian!) Rooms are small but cozy and beds are comfy. We liked the proximity to the fallsview waterpark since you don’t even have to go outside the hotel, access via elevator in hallway adjacent to Brock hotel. My daughter was extra happy to have also received a little bag of Hershey's kisses, also courtesy of Adrian. We will come back!

"Birthday weekend"

We stayed at The Brock for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly assisted by Adrian Pangilinan, the Guest Experience Manager. When I mentioned that it was our first time at The Brock and that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, he kindly upgraded us to a Queen Deluxe Room with a Falls view. It was such a thoughtful surprise! He even gave my son a bag of chocolates and a birthday card, which truly made him feel special. The hotel is very easy to find and conveniently located close to major tourist attractions, making everything easily accessible. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall vibe is calm and relaxing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment was quiet, which made our stay even more restful. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The facilities were clean, well-kept, and stocked with plenty of towels. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, The Brock, for making our first visit and my son’s birthday extra special!

"Niagara getaway at the Brock"

A vintage property which is being renovated or touched up at the least. Winter is a great time to visit Niagara to avoid the crowds. We were able to check in at 2PM, we were upgraded to a high floor and allowed a late checkout at 1PM. Maithli was a smiling face available at the desk and through guest messaging and went out of her way to make our stay special. View from the deluxe two queen room is decent. From 917 you can see the US falls from your bed, need to crane your neck to see the horseshoe though. Window was small but plus point is that is does open. Room was small as well but had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Cleanliness could be improved upon but no major complaints. We didn't get to try out the Fallsview restaraunts but there's always next time.

"Brock Hotel Experience"

We stayed at Brock Hotel Niagara for one night mainly to enjoy the indoor waterpark, and we had a great experience overall. We’ve been staying at this property even back when it was still the Crowne Plaza, so it was great to see how much it has changed. The renovations are well done and give the hotel a more modern, refreshed feel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel and in our room. This was one of the highlights of our stay. Good value for the location, waterpark access, and proximity to attractions. Being able to walk to my son’s favorite restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, added extra value for us. Despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, and we were able to rest comfortably. A special shout-out to Adrian, the Guest Experience Manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. His professionalism and genuine care for guest satisfaction really stood out—he is a huge asset to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the indoor waterpark, and it’s great to see the hotel continuing to improve the guest experience
