"Great views, terrible beds and pillows though. Other than that, great location and had a blast!"

Beautiful views, was a little deceived by the "balcony", since you could only open the door, no seating, lol. But view was spectacular! Very nice rooms, but pillow were flat as pancakes and bed only so/so.

WARNING WARNING! Please make sure to watch for any extra charges on your credit card when staying at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel! Unfortunately after our stay I found other reviews with the same problem! I am so disappointed with the way the hotel staff which included front desk staff, manager working at the time of our check out, multiple members of the "Service Team" (they call themselves this, this is not what they are) handled a billing dispute during our stay. Long story short someone charged drinks to our room from the roof top bar that we never attended. We tried to deal with the matter at check out, offering to show staff time stamp photos of the evening that confirmed we were not even in the hotel for the whole evening. They declined and front desk staff left to talk with the on duty manager and then returned to confirmed we would see a refund with in a number of business days. To sum it up since July we have contacted then a number of times and all we are told they "are investigating" our claim to confirm. When speaking with the service team I asked what is their process to verify a guest is staying in the room prior to any items being charged they stated staff must match up the last name, but admitted they could not confirm staff had done that. After I read other reviews with this same problem it seems like their staff are not following their own policies. We have tried for 4 months to have this resolved from another province with no success, and even tried to detail with Mariott customer service directly, but was told since they are in the US they cannot resolve any issues and must be done directly through the hotel. The staff has been unhelpful and failed to follow through with any return phone calls or even investigate properly. When we have been able to speak with someone, they apologize and say they will speak to a manager and call us back the same day and have failed to follow through on 2 different occasions. I would caution others to carefully review their bills and keep all receipts and DO NOT LEAVE until it has been corrected if you find an unauthorized transaction. They obviously just wanted us out of there the day of check out so they could continue to brush us off over phone / email and not in person. This is really too bad because we often seek out Sheraton hotels when we travel, and I am not naive to think my business makes any difference to them, but if I can make sure someone else doesn't have to deal with these annoying problems I will.

I go here for my birthday every year. It is a nice hotel i go here because it is so well located around everything. Staff are always great and the nicer rooms like the corner suits and bi-level suites are very nice great beds and amazing views of the fire works.

"Sheraton Fallsview Did not Meet Expectations for the 1st Time for us"

This was our 4-5 time staying at Sheraton Fallsview. We enjoyed good experiences in the past with a beautiful view of the falls and close proximity to Niagara on the Lakes Wine Country. As a Lifetime Titatium (well earned), I've come to expect staff going out of their way to assist your visit. Upon checking in, we asked for an upgraded room, the receptionist checked and we were told none were available. That evening, our television would not stream. Guest Services told me they would send up an engineer. The engineer told me all the rooms were like this so there is nothing he can do about it. We traveled with 3 other couples. Each of their rooms had streaming. I called Guest Services advising what the engineer told us about our room. She immediately moved us to an upgraded room with better views and a bigger bathroom. We had already unloaded all of our clothes and had to replack them for the move but it was worth it for the view. My complaint is two fold - (1) We should have been given the upgraded room upon checking in as the receptionist advised they were available but the manager did not permit it. (2) Instead of correcting our problem, the engineer lied saying all the rooms were that way which wasn't true. Last negative was we had a terrible dinner in the highly promoted Massimo's Italian Restaurant. Service was good, food was terrible. A big plus was the ladies doing the housekeeping. They were warm friendly, active anticipating and taking care of our needs before we realized we even had a need. Give the 18th floor housekeeping lady who did room 1877 a bIG RAISE. We gave her a nice tip!

"15th Anniversary and so worth the trip!!"

We wanted to do something different and special for our 15th anniversary, so decided to go to Niagara falls. Neither if it's had ever been here, and OMG! This is the place to stay. Or room is amazing either views of all three of the falls. It's walking distance from everything. There are several restaurants, and all of them are good, and as I said our room.... AMAZING! I would definitely stay here again!
