International Drive is just a 5-minute drive from the hotel where The Wheel at Icon Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not, WonderWorks, Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show and many more are located.

Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando offers complimentary WiFi throughout the property's public spaces as well as in guest rooms. A 24-hour business center with wireless printing, copying, and faxing is available. With a 24-hour fitness center, it is easy to relax and unwind while keeping your fitness routine in check. Other amenities include a Splash Zone Pool for kids and an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle service to Universal Orlando Resort if you prefer the shuttle rather than the walk. Shuttle services and transportation to other Orlando area attractions are available for a fee and can be arranged at the hotel's concierge desk.

Dining is easy as TGI Fridays on-site is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A Kids' eat-free program for registered hotel guests is available. The Kids Eat Free offer is limited to up to four (4) children per dining family, per meal OR up to two (2) children per parent, per meal. *The Kids Eat Free offer is not available for room service* or with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more rooms, travel industry rates, corporate rates or employee rates. Lovely hotel modern clean rooms and reception area. Pool nice towels provided for the pool. Coffee machine with pods was a nice touch! Yomary behind reception was very friendly and took care of trying to getting my room ready as I arrived early. Perfect location next to Fridays and you can walk to universal attractions nice walk or they do have a shuttle bus

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great super comfortable. All staff were helpful and polite. We always stay here when coming to universal since it’s conveniently located across the street. 10/10 experience every time.!

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Revan. From the moment we arrived, Revan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. The space was clean, well-prepared, and had everything we could ask for. Revan’s thoughtful touches and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Revan to anyone looking for a great host!

Do not book this hotel- you will regret it. Before I dive into the negatives, I must give a shout out to Revan at the front desk. She is incredibly patient, kind, and was apologetic for the condition of our room. Checking in- no issues. Relatively quick and painless. Next- elevator. Looks like it's under construction/dirty...but not the end of the world. Hallway to our room. The carpet is very dirty and clearly not vacuumed often or ever. The carpet is also creased/uneven all throughout making it hard to roll suitcases down. The room. Extremely musty. Air felt so heavy. Many gnats/ fruit flies accompanied us in the room. Tile floor inside the door was clearly filthy/not mopped. Room carpet, dirty/not vacuumed well. Beds, tiny- but overall comfortable. Comforter, stained in several spots. Furniture, in rough shape. Bathroom- tiny. Toilet paper holder was hung below the toilet bowl- and very close to it. Moms of boys will know why this is disgusting. Tub- in bad shape/rusty- I felt dirtier after showering in that bathroom. Parking- ridiculous system. Expensive. Annoying. We were booked to stay here 4 nights, but checked out the very next morning. It was late and we were exhausted when we checked in, otherwise we would not have even stayed one night. I am an IHG Platinum Elite member, and this is by far the worst IHG hotel I've ever stayed at.
