Each bright and contemporary guest room at Hilton Orlando is equipped with flat-screen TVs. A large work desk with an ergonomic chair is also provided. WiFi is available—the 26 tropically landscaped acres of the Orlando Hilton feature 2 swimming pools and a lazy river. The on-site fitness center has a jogging track and cardio machines.

I recently stayed at the Hilton here at 6001 Destination Parkway. I had stayed at smaller versions of Hilton, both for pleasure and business trips and found them very clean and accommodating. I had many family members meeting up and we all chose to stay here. It was the best decision we could have made for our family gathering. The rooms were clean, & comfortable. We took advantage of meeting at the pool areas and having adults only part was very nice. The best part was the hotel staff. Whoever designed the protocol for training should be commended. From check in (Danielle) could not have been more helpful always smiling and cheerful. As I walked around the hotel, every employee would greet me with a friendly smile wishing me a Good Day. The people working at Scratch Market, where I had my coffee and breakfast each morning, were all again fabulous. Greeting each guest with good morning, how are you doing, and how can we help you today? The fresh made muffins and coffee rolls are outrageous. While the family did a variety of things during the day we met up in the evening in the casual dining restaurant Fastbreak. There were 6-8 of us and we chose to pay separately, and not one mistake was made by the waitresses when it came to taking the orders both food and beverages, as well as handing the correct person the correct check. Every person in my part commented that the food was excellent. Burgers, Cobb salads, Chicken, etc. Cooked and made perfect. Thank you Hilton for making this family trip a wonderful experience.

We stayed at the Hilton for a long weekend. The hotel is nice, staff were all great. Gaylon at the pool was particularly awesome. He immediately started talking to us, joking around and made us feel so at home. We sat in his section both days just so we could be entertained by him. He made awesome drink suggestions, checked on us, and was so much fun! Highly recommend sitting in his section, he was awesome and we would definitely come back!

First time in my travels I've had to swap rooms twice after arrival, and from reading the reviews here it seems that smelly rooms is a common issue at this hotel. First one had a very strong artificial deodorant/mint smell, with which I guess they were trying to mask out some mold or other foul smell. Couldn't stay there for more than 5 minutes without feeling nauseous, so asked for another room. Got given a newly refurbished room which had a super strong new carpeting smell, so assume it was very recently refurbished and rushed into having guests. Beyond the potential health hazards from new carpeting and adhesive odor, the fact that you can't open the window in these rooms only makes it worse. Again, had to ask to swap. To be clear, I don't have a sensitive sense of smell nor have I ever had to swap rooms for smelling bad - here I had to do it twice! Beyond this serious issue, the staff are mostly indifferent and not very courteous, the gym while not small is really not big enough for a hotel of this size (one day at 5:30am I went down and it was completely packed!), the pool area is very nice, and the resort fee, as all resort fees, is a rip off.
