The Dutton Inn is located on Hwy 76 right behind The Dutton Family Theater, by White Water with access to the Yellow Route which is a traffic relief route designed to get you around the traffic.

Choose from firm or pillow top mattresses, where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Bathrooms have granite countertops and all rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves.

Lobby Hours:
Monday- Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
The Night Clerk will be on site after hours for emergencies.

Our priorities when looking for a hotel are safe, clean, and relatively quiet—along with price. This hotel is older but in pretty good shape. It was extremely clean. We felt safe and it was very quiet. The doors open to the outside. The rooms are small but had enough room for us and our things. There was a desk chair but no other chair available—but there really wasn’t room for one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did come in and replenish the towels and empty the trash during our two day stay which wasn’t expected. While there were the usual hot choices—sausage links, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and breakfast potatoes—they weren’t good. Cereal choices were minimal. However, there was enough there to put together something that would meet your hunger needs. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower while you are out and about in Branson, this is a good one that won’t break your budget. It’s in a convenient location. There are fridges (not freezer) and a microwave in the rooms and also shampoo and body wash. We were very pleased.

The Staff at the Dutton Inn was AWESOME! Great Serice, Response, & VERY Clean & Comfortable Rooms. Special Thanks to Ms. Billie & Ms. Vanessa - both of them are WONDERFUL TEAM Members & as a result, made our trip to their Venue the BEST!!! Go there - EXTREMELY affordable & cost-beneficial. Continental FULL Breakfast - AWESOME cooks & a WIDE variety of food choices.
