This hotel is not worth the money. The rooms are VERY outdated. The AC in the hotel room hardly worked and the elevators were literally disgusting. The buttons are hardly even hanging into the elevator wall in the middle elevator. I cant stress enough this is the most ran down hotel I have stayed at. The staff can’t figure out how to do their job correctly. Alex the manager can’t seem how to do his job correctly either. His staff charged my card $150 and then charged my fiances card the same charge of $150. We told the front desk and they mentioned that was an accident and only my fiance was supposed to be charged yet we both were. The manager is no where to be found after asking multiple times to get the managers info. Then out of no where the front desk person finds Alex in his office and gets us a ref # showing the refund should be hitting my card and now almost a week later nothing. On top of that, the room was not fully cleaned when we got there, the front desk was unprofessional, everyone gives the run around and can’t get issues solved, you are a guest at the hotel and have to PAY FOR PARKING after already paying for the room. This hotel does not live up to the DoubleTree name at all. It’s a DISGRACE to have the DoubleTree name and yet treat your guests the way we were treated. This was for a birthday trip and this is the worst stay i have had at any hotel. I am very dissatisfied with the stay and the hotel itself and will NEVER stay at a hotel like this again.

I can’t even emphasise how great this hotel is. Our room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice and the workers at the hotels brought great vibes. There wasn’t one day when we weren’t laughing and saying ‘ayy’ every single second. The pool was good and enjoyable. I loved every part hotel and definitely recommend!!!
