    Carlos assisted us with our luggage cart to our room- Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, and without any smoked-out jazz lettuce stink in the halls. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be returning to this hotel for future visits in Orlando.

    The location was perfect to walk to Universal after work to unwind. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint (and not necessarily bad is we were unable to get a 12:00 checkout/late checkout). Starbucks is a plus to be on site!

    This hotel is a great value for Orlando trips. It’s well located for access to all attractions and the convention center, it’s convenient, well priced, with many on site amenities. Carlos in bell services is the man to see when you arrive, and he will set up your stay for success. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Overall, you get the most bang for your buck at the Doubletree.

    Double Tree was a very pleasant stay! I’d like to give a special appreciation to the associate Carlos whom assisted my father and I when we first arrived to the hotel! He assisted us with our luggage and helped us all the way up to get settled in to our room! My father is disabled and in a wheelchair. Carlos really went out of his way to assist us the entire time and facilitate the arrival! He went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition for his fantastic customer service and welcoming personality!! Keep up the good work Carlos!!
