The room smell pretty bad. The kids playroom was under construction and it was a bummer for my kids. The restaurant was the only good thing about my stay. They day we arrived both pools were closed due to construction and because it rain earlier in the day. Really disappointed of the full experience.

Rooms are very dirty, carpet in rooms looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while, A/C smelt musty, fridge smelt awful and was missing a leg causing the whole fridge to fall fwd every time you opened it, and to top it all off we had an ant/mite (unsure the species of bug) infestation in our room. When talking with another family staying at the hotel, we were not the only room with a bug problem as they had one as well and had heard of others. Management made aware of all the above and showed little to no care/concern and would not refund our stay. Very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Not the best stay. Computers were down at check in so we were routed to the check in kiosk, also down. Check in was long. Elevators were not working properly, pool was closed and there is was only 1 working ice maker in the hotel and it was located on ground level. There isn’t a microwave in the rooms but they had 1 for all guests located in a hallway at ground level, not the most convenient. I would recommend calling ahead and checking the status on amenities before booking a stay.

Nice hotel and love Hazel from the bar. There is also a virtual bar. I didn't like that I had to keep asking for washcloths and towels over and over again before I finally received it. My key card was not working but they quickly resolved it by having maintenance fix the door.

Hotel is very noisy, there’s constant lobby traffic at all hours and since it’s tile flooring it amplifies the noise. Mattresses are in serious need of replacement, bathrooms are quite small and poorly lit. I personally have an issue with not getting housekeeping services daily: they offer towels and trash every OTHER day and full service on the 4th day. I had to ask for both. There are only 2 small wastebaskets in the entire room. Most of the staff speak Spanish as their primary language and some didn’t understand English. Overall, it was an “okay” place, but I won’t likely choose it again.
