Close to popular attractions, world-class shopping, prestigious golf courses, and within walking distance of many restaurants, this resort is sure to meet all your needs.

Enjoy amenities such as H Street Grille, on-site car rental, Top Golf Suites, and a gift shop. Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir shops.

Guest rooms at this hotel are all non-smoking. Each room has a flat-screen TV, WiFi access, pillow-top mattresses, in-room coffee/tea maker, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, and more. Wellness rooms are also available with unique amenities such as air purification system, dawn simulators, and optional aromatherapy.

Hotel is very noisy, there’s constant lobby traffic at all hours and since it’s tile flooring it amplifies the noise. Mattresses are in serious need of replacement, bathrooms are quite small and poorly lit. I personally have an issue with not getting housekeeping services daily: they offer towels and trash every OTHER day and full service on the 4th day. I had to ask for both. There are only 2 small wastebaskets in the entire room. Most of the staff speak Spanish as their primary language and some didn’t understand English. Overall, it was an “okay” place, but I won’t likely choose it again.

The hotel is beautiful. Food is delicious. Fantastic A++++ on the breakfast buffet. Staff is professional & friendly. Shoutout to David. I would not be shocked if he was promoted to Management. I will not go to any other hotel without first looking to see if there is a Wyndham Hotel. Hands Down!!!

We stayed for 3 days and no one ever cleaned our room. Management and front desk is hard to get ahold of, and when you do they are. rude and degrading. Our room also had a broken phone, so we couldn’t call the front desk, and the toilet didn’t flush

I purchased through Priceline and I selected this hotel because there was no reference to Resort fee It turned out at the desk it was $28.50 on the sign and then they said they had to include tax so it went to $32.50. There was construction going on by the pool. The hotel is showing its age. Small amount of mold in the bathroom.

We were at the hotel for just one night. The best thing about the hotel were the comfy, modern beds. Very nice. Other than that, the hotel seems to be on the older side. The lobby is clean but plain, kinda drab. The restaurant/food options are very limited. I didn’t love the virtual check in and check out process. For being so techy it wasn’t very effficient. I think having a real person would be faster and better. There is no shuttle to Animal Kingdom even though the concierge told me there was one (AND she gave me the wrong park hours.). If we were staying longer and could have enjoyed the pools that would have likely improved my ratings.
