The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs which is Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment, and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms and are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside which features great food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop located in the hotel lobby offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites including Mickey Mouse waffles!

Parking: The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area charges a parking fee of $25.00 plus tax per night for gated self-parking. Valet parking services are also available for $30.00 plus tax per night.

Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $40.50 (tax inclusive) is collected upon check-in and is not included in the pre-paid reservation pricing.

The reservation holder must be 21 years old with a valid, matching, government-issued photo ID and credit card to check-in.

Hotel rooms are dated and run down, front desk not helpful at all in room assignments or requests- lack customer service skills. Agree with stay away from elevator shaft rooms. Even with status the front desk assigned this room requested to move. Location is great across from disney springs. Pool is ok, just no real vibe. Bar is slow service and dos is marginal. Hotel could use a remodel and some training for its employees.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few nights in April. The location was great! We walked to Disney Springs each evening in only five minutes and there’s a sky walk so you don’t have to cross busy roads. The room was comfy, quiet and well appointed. We loved the pool area. There was plenty of seating and the food and drinks from the Oasis restaurant were really good. If you wish to go to Disney, they have a shuttle service. The lobby area has Joffrey’s coffee and a place to buy drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Lots of food. We will stay here again next year.

We had 3 family birthdays and booked 5 rooms for 11 people. They put us in totally separate locations throughout the hotel, then our guests had to changed rooms. -husband’s 50th and they put us all the way in the far corner room of the hotel -our guests had a unit with non-working air conditioning, ants -broken blow dryer -room we stayed at you can hear the other people very clearly in the other rooms -were continuously being sold timeshare -not very helpful front desk -no Disney hospitality at this hotel The location is good since it is close to Disney Springs. The pool area is fun for the kids.

14 night holiday - having stayed at 5 Disney hotels and many 5* across the world I was pleasantly surprised. Good points: - location fabulous across the road to DS - room clean and cleaned every day - beds large and very comfortable - views of DS, Epcot fireworks every night amazing - WiFi good and reliable - pool area clean and always beds free Areas for improvement: - staff could be friendlier but having stayed at Disney maybe I was expecting that …. - food at pool bar expensive and awful (packet/ frozen) - rooms and bathroom a little dated Overall though I would go back and recommend as an in-budget hotel if you can’t afford Disney 😎
