"Short stay"

The service was amazing. The room even though small was designed well family of 4. The room was nice tv location was great laid in bed and left blinds one so you can see the buildings. The room with sofa/bed was good enough for my 2 girls. Would stay again!

"Would be 5 stars but my television did not work"

Truthfully , this review would have been a five star ! The hotel was really clean ! Marsha at the front desk is a GEM !! She was soooo nice and helpful! And really went beyond her duties ! I stayed in the queen room with a terrace. Beautiful BEAUTIFUL view from the room ! Comfortable bed etc . HOWEVER, once we got into the rooms the tvs were not working . Made a request for it to be fixed , they came very fast however did not figure out why it was not working . Said they’d come and fix it the following morning which was fine because we were going to be out exploring that morning. BUT they did not return to fix it . I had to make multiple trips to the front desk for them to get someone to either fix it or move us . It rained the majority of the trip , so for the most part the only entertainment we had would have been the tv . As as I said , it was raining so we couldn’t sit on the terrace either . It was really a nice hotel but nobody offered to compensate me or any other option for that matter for the inconvenience . It was really messed up .

"Fantastic people and property"

Everyone was so friendly! Room was clean, had a great view and was good sized for NYC. Water, coffee and tea station was on point. We come to NYC frequently and have usually stayed at another brand but will be staying here from now on.

The location was perfect. Very walkable to 9/11, Battery Park (Statue of Liberty ferry), Liberty park. Safe area very nice hotel with wonderful staff!
