  • Parking: Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando offers free, 24-hour-secured gated parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs. Parking is free for each guest’s first two cars. Afterward, each of the guest’s additional cars will be charged a $10 per night, per car parking fee.
  • Pet Policy: Dogs are most welcome. Guestroom accounts are charged a no-nrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival date if traveling with a pet.

Rosen inn @ pointe Orlando is a fantastic hotel with great facilities and located in the central area of Idrive. Staff are very friendly and rooms are always cleaned to a high standard. Food served at the zebra bar is also fantastic with great entertainment and superb Karaoke, shout out to Herb, god bless his soul! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! We have stayed here as a couple from 2016-2018, in 3 weeks periods in September of each year, and again as a family of 5 in November 25. The hotel does what you need, comfy beds in clean rooms with good aircon and swimming pools for the weekend or after dinner! Secure parking is also a bonus!

"No Water Twice & Very Poor Customer Service"

We recently stayed at Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During our stay, we were left without water on two separate occasions. While we understood the first incident was due to a burst water main, the second outage turned out to be planned maintenance, yet we were not informed in advance. We were later told a notice had been placed on our door, but we did not receive anything. On the morning of the second outage, we called the front desk and were initially told there were no issues and that maintenance would attend. After waiting over an hour with no update, we called back only to be told that water would be unavailable for the entire day. We repeatedly asked for a simple solution—just somewhere to shower—but were refused multiple times. The only option initially offered was to move rooms completely, which was not feasible for us as we were travelling with two children, one of whom is autistic. With only two days left in our stay, moving rooms would have caused significant distress and disruption. It was only after we said we would be taking the matter further that we were offered access to another room to wash, but by then we had already been forced to use cold water. To make matters worse, during one of the calls, the staff member we spoke to laughed, which we found very unprofessional and dismissive. We did raise this directly with the hotel after our stay, but were disappointed to be told that no compensation would be considered. We understand that issues can arise, however the lack of communication, the fact that this was a planned outage with no proper notice, and the way the situation was handled made this experience very frustrating.

I went here march 2026 for the 3rd time. The location is situated almost centre of i-drive and a 2 minute walk from pointe orlando where restaurants are easy to come by. The hotel itself in my opinion needs a refurbishment, the room furniture is outdated and draws didn't close, the bathroom sliding door didn't stay shut, and the front door key card didn't work for a number of days despite us complaining daily. The atmosphere of the hotel is ok, but rooms close to the lite bites seating area may experience a lot of noise as we had a large party being extremely loud, and security not really trying to quieten them down. The hotel itself provides the necessities required and ok shower with a decent bed, a shop and a Starbucks, an all you can eat breakfast buffet, and after a long day at parks zebras bar and grill, but the lite bites convenience store is ridiculously overpriced and is a total rip-off if im being honest. Over the road next to miller's bar is a walgreens store where you are most definitely better off going for snacks, water and beer, beer in particular is far cheaper than lite bites.

Comfortable rooms, delicious and good variety breakfast. Staff is friendly. The only reason to why I gave it four stars instead of five, is because they didn't come and clean very often, so we had to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper (they didn't refill it).

Beware the parking fee, We have stayed at this hotel on and off for years but we're able to book it and did not find out about the parking fee of $10 per day until check-in. Very frustrating to be surprised at check-in by that when I was able to pay for everything in advance and had no clue there was a parking fee. Besides that this day was fine except if you book request a room that is not facing the highway on an elevated floor as it is very noisy
