  • Pet Policy: Dogs are most welcome. Guestroom accounts are charged a no-nrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival date if traveling with a pet.

This was our 3rd time staying here, and it won’t be our last. The rooms are slightly dated as others have mentioned, but they’re always clean, comfortable, and have everything you could need for your stay. The food in the bar is really nice, and the shop has everything you could possibly need. We will be booking here again really soon.

Having just come home to the UK after spending 2 weeks in the hotel, I had to leave a review to thank you all for a comfortable stay, Firstly, stand out service from Randy, having ran hotels myself all I can say is Randy is on a different level to any of the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting, yes all were competent (one or two were more concerned with their phones) but Randy did everything he possibly could to make not just myself and my partner feel we were important, but also my 4 year old daughter and my 16 year old son, he does it all with a smile, with an energy that should be encouraged throughout, bringing that “human factor” to the role that is easily forgotten throughout any establishment. So thank you Randy, not only for your energy, but for your genuine way of making every opportunity to make a difference, our holiday was supposed to be special regardless as we were doing a family holiday to Disney/universal for the first time together, but your service and friendship away from the parks made it just as memorable as any mickey encounter or lightsaber build 🙂 Thank you again for everything Pete, Saoirse, Caoimhe and Jae We WILL be back

After staying previously at the Rosen Inns in Lake Buena Vista, as well as two other locations on International Drive, This Pointe Orlando Location in the Rosen chain of hotels was another very good choice, i decided to try this location on International drive to see if i would get the same great service, room & decent rates as all the other locations that i have stayed in..... Well, the verdict is in...YES, This Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando location was perfect for my stay in Orlando, along with a great rate, great room, great pool areas, as they have more than one pool, friendly staff and of course a great location. The rooms are a dated, but they are maintained better than some newer resorts. It is obvious the Rosen Hotel Chain knows what they are doing. This location is within walking distance to many, many restaurants,shops, etc. The Rosen Inns now charge a $10.00 parking fee which is not right in my opinion, just raise your rate by $10.00 and include parking ! However, it is still a good value. I am Looking forward to trying another Rosen Inn in the Future or staying at this location again. Bottom Line is this Rosen Inn is perfect for your Orlando/Disney vacation.... Rosen Inns~ Keep up the good work! Overall Rating ~ Very Good. More

We had visited this hotel previously in 2022 and it was an extremely different hotel to what it is now. Our previous stay at this hotel made us question many different negative factors. However, 3 years later in 2025 the hotel has changed for the better. From the beginning of our stay until the end, we faced no major issues at all. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave you their time when you needed help. We were on the 6th floor facing the I4 and it was an amazing view, but could be a little noisy at night when cars were speeding down the roads. The room we stayed in was spotless and cleaned very well by the friendly maids who made sure all rooms were cleaned amazingly. This time round we did not decide to eat in the restaurant, as we ate out most nights or in the hotels zebra bar. The bar staff member Cyril was always in the brightest mood and treated the guests very well. Within the hotel, there is a convenience store which the staff in there were also really kind. The hotel is in a great area with good access to the whole international drive. The pool seemed to close at 10pm but a lot of the time we faced many children running around soaking wet in towels around near the elevators on the bottom floor, which made the floors very slippy, but i can imagine how annoying this must be for people in their rooms resting on the bottom floor and this is going on. Although we did not have a brilliant experience last time we stayed, we definitely could see the improvements made on the hotel and were very impressed. There was free wifi provided throughout the hotel, and pool area. When we come back to Orlando, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I’ve been staying there on and off for the past six months however, in my last day, there was roaches all over the room, very terrible front desk staff specifically everyone claims to be the manager, and they believe that everyone is a tourist that will never complain about them or tell the management and that is why they continue to deteriorate when it comes to treating people that stay there as a guest I would stay away even if they give the room away for free, specially with the roaches that I can show you in the pictures attached
