  • Parking: Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando offers free, 24-hour-secured gated parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs. Parking is free for each guest’s first two cars. Afterward, each of the guest’s additional cars will be charged a $10 per night, per car parking fee.
  • Pet Policy: Dogs are most welcome. Guestroom accounts are charged a no-nrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival date if traveling with a pet.

It’s my third time visiting this hotel and with all the choices of hotel I will always come back here, the next trip is already in the planning stage. The staff are friendly the rooms are clean and most importantly the beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location and it’s not expensive so hope to see you soon!

Booked for attendance at an event at the Hyatt Regency. Rosen Point Orlando had the best price. Pros: Great location - 10 minute walk to the event Gym - small and basic, but did the trick Coffee shop opens at 6:30am Close to a lot of restaurants Easy and quick to get an Uber Cons: Rooms are shabby; everything is a little worn down and a bit dirty First night my room was facing the highway and outside noise prevented me from sleeping (switched to an interior room and problem solved -very quiet) Only breakfast options were $18 buffet, meh baked goods at the coffee shop or packaged items for purchase in the shop. Understaffed - on arrival had to wait on line for half an hour - only two people at reception Bar restaurant has a very limited (and not very healthy) menu, but prices are fair

We stayed at this hotel because it was a part of the Universal Studios package. It was on the cheaper end but it was included so you would get the amenity of shuttle service to the parks. When we arrived, we came early and we got a room early. We thought that was nice. But the check-in person said to immediately talk to the desk about setting up the shuttle. The times were limited. We did that, signed up, and checked in. Accommodations are average. Mind you, we left Disney properties. This is a downgrade comparatively. We were told to get on Shuttle D. We made it to Universal. The shuttle going back has only 3 times and its first come first served. Our second morning we waited 50 minutes for the shuttle and then were told we missed it. No D shuttle arrived. The only explanation could possibly be, a Charter bus stopped . We ignored it. Coming home, the D bus wasn’t working. Another bus took us to the city bus. The city bus driver wasn’t friendly. When I inquired about the mix-up, it wasn’t handled well. Leah, the worker wasn’t nice. Ed her manager not helpful. All in all, we stayed here for this shuttle and its association with Universal. It isn’t worth it. The shuttle is a third party. There’s no accountability. It sure isn’t Disney. I would find a closer hotel and then Uber to the parks. The Rosen Inn has rooms that open out to the streets- I’m not sure about safety. The housekeeping was awesome!

The check-in and check-out process was mediocre at best. There was a line of about 10 or more people waiting during both check-in and check-out with only one person at the desk. The one additional person that came up to help during check-out was in training and had to keep darting to the back office for answers to questions -- additionally slowing the process. The rooms were very nice. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the pool. The pool noise, while able to be heard, was acceptable. We would stay at this location again if we ever return to Orlando.
