"Cool! Great service and atmosphere"
May 2018
Awesome experience. I’ve heard complaints online about it being slow...but I thought it was perfect. A little thrill and truly a very romantic atmosphere. You guys need to be proposing here if they aren’t already! I loved how I didn’t have to pay for parking, it was so clean, and the pictures they took were presented to us but there was no pressure. A classy experience.

"The view at night was pretty cool."

The ride itself was good. But it was broken for days and they were still selling tickets. Some of the customer service was atrocious. Over all, I would never go back.

"Happily ever after"
July 2015
My story is a little different from a vacation story. My grandson and his fiancée became engaged on the London Eye. It was very beautiful and I am sure they will enjoy looking at that moment many times. When I received an invitation to their engagement party at the fiancée's family home, I did not have a gift. When I saw a story about the Orlando Eye I thought, "What a perfect gift". I purchased two tickets for the Orlando Eye and they were absolutely thrilled. Of course, I didn't travel there, so the travel date below is just a guess.

"What a ride!!!"
July 2015
We first saw the "eye" on a trip to Orlando last October when we took our 2 grandsons (ages 6 and 4) and their parents on a weekend to see all of Universal Studios. When they saw the "eye" they were in awe of it's size and height and can't wait to go back and ride it. My husband and I experienced the ride this past spring at night and loved all the lights, especially Cinderella's castle high above all else. Thanks Reserve Orlando for making it so easy to purchase tickets ahead of time !!

Tip: The lines move pretty steady and there are seats inside each pod for those who can't stand for any length of time.
