My family and I stayed in 905 in July 2025. #1 - We checked in after closing and they are supposed to have a basket with your key in an envelope. This was not the case for us, the office forgot to double-check the list before they left for the day, and we did not have a key. We had to call and get someone to let up in for the night, but we could not leave because we did not have a key to lock the room. We had to go to the office the next morning to get a key. They do not open until 9:00 and we were trying to get to Silver Dollar City early, I finally found another worker that was able to get our key so that we could leave. #2 – When we got ready to go to bed the first night, we folded our sheets back and noticed hair and dirt on the sheets, they also looked like they had been slept in already. Poor housekeeping. #3 – We got ready to take a shower the first morning and our bathroom did not have any washcloths. Poor housekeeping. #4 – We had an obvious broken glass in the cabinet that housekeeping should have caught at some point. #5 – One of the screen doors was off the track and could be a hazard to small children if and when it falls over. #6 – The furniture was outdated one of the chairs had the material peeling off. #7 - The last night we were there someone decided to have a late-night pool party and play loud music. This is no fun when you are going to have to drive eight hours the next morning. #8 – Signs all around the pool that say, “No Food or Drink in the Pool”. But every time I took my grandchildren to the pool, we had several people drinking beer in the pool. #9 - For this to be a resort and they have in the book that when you are leaving, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, they did not leave any dishwasher detergent to wash these dishes. I guess we have to supply our own. The first five things were reported to the lady that got my key, she wrote them down and she told me that she was going to give it to the front desk, and they may call me to discuss them. They never did. I guess they do not really care. This was not our first time staying at this location, even this room, but we will not be going back. At a rate of almost $300.00 a night and an additional cleaning fee of $69.00, you would think that you would have a clean and organized environment to stay in. That was not the case for us on trip. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

We had our wedding at Dogwood Canyon Nature park then the reception at the meeting room at the The Village at Indian Point. Paulette was very easy to work with plus she was wonderful about accommodating our family and friends. it was very close to Silver Dollar City and other resorts but you felt as if you were tuck back into the woods. It was very quiet which all of the family loved. The grounds, pool and office are very nice and very cleaned. We loved our stay and I would stay at the The Village again.

We had booked a relaxing weekend in Branson and other family was there as well. Well, I booked the wrong place because it was so noisy and loud. Lots of kids screaming and running above up. So I called around and most places were closed and not answering. But luckily you guys answered and we got to stay in the most peaceful quiet place. It was beautiful and clean!! We will definitely book here again. And thank you so much for getting us a place to stay at 9pm at night!!

"Very disappointing"

The first unit was very dirty, they moved us but by that time an hour of our visit was waisted. The new unit was cleaner. With comfortable beds except pillows need replacing. Pool area was not clean, tiles and floor needed to be cleaned. Overall disappointing experience for the $325 nt (with all tax and fees). Will not be going back.
