1. The schedule is very confusing and unclear about what is open or not open when and where to go to pick up tickets. 2. We paid for full park entrance, expecting to be able to shop at their little shops, enjoy all of the parts of the park, go up Inspiration Tower, and have a meal. We wanted to take the tram tour, too, as one family member has great difficulty walking so she could see the full park. We would have liked to see a show, also, but they didn’t play on the days we were in town. - The riding tours don’t run every day, so one person didn’t get to see most of the park. Because the park is hilly with uneven ground, this person had to find a bench to sit on for most of the morning while the rest explored everything on our own. - The website directed us to pick up tickets at Inspiration Tower. We made that steep trek only to be told we had to go to the other side of the park to get them. When we made the steep trek back to the car, drove to the other side, and went into the area with the big TICKETS sign above the door, we were told we had to go to a different spot in the park to get the tickets (and then walk back to where we were for our meal). - Even though the park was open, all of the shops were closed. Even the person who (finally) gave us our tickets was surprised they weren’t open. She found out later that they wouldn’t open that day. As we left the park to get a meal, I asked her about it and she just said, "They aren’t open today." - Since there wasn’t much to do, we had time to drive back to Inspiration Tower. They have a bunch of pressed penny locations there, but no way to give change to visitors who may want to get some but didn’t have the required number of quarters (3 here). There was a change machine, but it no longer worked. 3. While the treetop trail was fun, we didn’t find it worth the $28.50 per person tickets. We didn’t need a ticket to eat at the restaurant, and we could have just gone with the $11 tickets for Inspiration Tower and gone over to have lunch. 4. The lady at the correct ticket counter was nice. We had fun on the treetop trail as we were the only ones there for the first hour of the day, so everyone was able to enjoy this together. The lady who took our lunch order was amazing. The food was pretty good.
