Terra Luna is a fun spot for family when staying on Universal property. The resort is new and has a very sleek, modern design with fun "spacey" touches. If you are planning a Universal vacation, make sure to allow time to enjoy the pool! The pool has a zero entry and is perfect for sitting poolside and enjoying a drink while kiddos play safely in the water. While at the pool, order from the Moonrise Grill. We tried the kids chicken tenders plate (4 tenders, fries and a drink for $10) and the hot chicken sandwich meal. The smoothies are also delicious. The rooms are not fancy, but they offer everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Our room had 2 queen beds and a skinny sofa that was a great spot for the souvenirs we purchased. There is a little fridge for drinks. By the way, if you are going to be using resort amenities, definitely spring for the refillable resort cup. With drinks being around $5 a pop, having the cup that can be refilled every 10 minutes is a big win. As far as food at the resort, there is a cafe/bakery and grill. There is plenty of seating for dining. The pizza we ordered was fresh and tasty, although a little pricey. Terra Luna is part of the bus system with a bus that goes to the Citywalk hub and another route that goes to Epic. We discovered that the buses will hit the other Epic-area resorts before hitting the road, so allow that for time planning. Overall, Terra Luna is a great spot especially for families with kiddos!

Only stayed here for one night but my room was very clean and the pizza I ordered was delicious. The rooms are pretty much the same as Stella Nova with some color and decor differences. Didn’t love the staff at the front desk but I would stay here again.

Our family just returned from a 7-night stay at Terra Luna and we had a fabulous time. The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our check-in was very quick and informative. The fact that you can text the front desk if you need anything was amazing. We used that option a few times for more towels and they were brought to our room very quickly. The food at the market and the cafe is wonderful. You can easily order online so you don't have to wait in line. The pool area was great with plenty of chairs and shade along with some outdoor games. They even have movies in the pool area at night. We didn't think there was a sidewalk leading away from the hotel but on one of our last days we noticed that there was one leading out the back pool area and out the side of the hotel. You could easily use that to walk to Epic or various restaurants down the road. This would have been nice to know at check-in and we could have saved some money by walking instead of using Door Dash. The shuttles were always efficient and we never waited more than 5-10 minutes for shuttles to any of the Universal parks. Thanks for the fabulous stay!

I really enjoyed my one night stay at Terra Luna. The lobby was bright, welcoming and the front desk staff was fast and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. I had heard about issues (too sensitive) with motion sensor lights by the bathroom, but never experienced any issues. Also never heard any noise from either room next to us, even with ours being a connecting room. The pool was relaxing. Interesting cocktails and mocktails at bar by pool, Moonrise Bar. The food was good at the Moonrise Grill and Omega: typical hotel food but quite decent. They also have pizza delivery till 12:00AM. The menu also has a couple of salads and sandwiches, The bus ride to Epic was no more than 5 minutes. Terra Luna is a very good option for an Epic park visit.
