Description

Moab's Only Zipline Tour will take your breath away from the very beginning with a rugged 4x4 off-road climb to the Slickrock sandstone cliffs overlooking Moab.

After a brief orientation, you'll zip to the 100-foot suspension bridge spanning a gap between two sandstone fins. Your transformation into a native bird of prey begins as your feet leave the Redrock and you take to the sky over each gap below.

This zip-line tour features a series of six steel cables that will suspend your adrenaline for over 2 hours across natural fins, canyons, and gaps in the landscape beneath you.

• Ride in a 4x4 vehicle to the rim
• Orientation will be provided
• Cameras must have a tether or secure strap attached for the zipline course
• Expect some hiking on uneven terrain (approx. 0.5 miles total distance)
• Guests may bring a small backpack to carry water and clothing
• Wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress for the weather (no flip-flops!)

"The Moab Southwest Sampler was an incredible experience!"

My friends and I did the Southwest Sampler package in early June. We were very impressed with Moab Adventure Center and Western River Expeditions. Our guides for Arches, the Colorado River rafting and camping, and the Hummer tour were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The company went above and beyond to accommodate us when weather forced the postponement of our Sunset Hummer Tour. The communication leading up to the trip was exceptional. I highly recommend this adventure and this company to anyone who is planning a trip to Moab!

Excellent tour operator! Super impressed with the depth of knowledge, customer service, friendliness, accommodating guides, and staff. And the natural beauty… Oh my! Speechless…moments of awe. "Mountain Biking Introduction: Courthouse Loop Half Day." Great experience first time mountain biking for my wife and me. Julie was an excellent guide. We bike on roads and rail trails often, but this was very different. High-quality, very expensive mountain bikes were supplied. Went with one other couple of similar ability. Views were spectacular since we rode along canyon rim for part of the time. We covered about 8 miles in a little over 2 hours on bikes; could have done more or less if the four of us and chosen otherwise.

When do the tours depart?

Departure times are 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. The tour is seasonal from March - November.

Are there any physical/health/etc. restrictions for this activity?

Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant travelers, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions.

Are there any age/weight restrictions?

Yes, guests must be 8 years and older and weigh between 50lbs and 275lbs. Guests ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring?

Bring, a hat, sunscreen, retention device for sunglasses, and waterproof camera (or water-resistant phone case). Guests may bring a small backpack to carry water and clothing. Items are available for purchase at the store if you forget anything.

Wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress for the weather. Closed toe shoes are required (no flip flops).

Moab zipline tours will meet 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour at the Raven's Rim location, north of Moab. Raven's Rim address is 998 N. Main St, Moab, UT.
