One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! The location is excellent, near Rockefeller Center and subway stations - you can go practically anywhere in a matter of minutes. The staff are wonderful - helpful and flexible. The entire hotel is modern and well-designed. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable and had a good bed. The coffee/espresso machine makes a variety of high quality brews to enjoy in the uncrowded lounge. We didn't use the fitness facility or laundry but they looked good. Will return on our next trips to NYC as well as other cities where the parent company (Club Quarters) has hotels. Price was market-rate for Manhattan but much higher value. Highly recommend.

Great staying, very accommodating and clean, loved that they had free coffee and filtered water, such a small but important detail that most hotels miss, this was a huge plus for us. Also had a microwave in room! Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The text based service requests process was super convenient. Check out was fast and easy. Plus the location was in a prime spot close to all the places we wanted to see. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful choice for staying in New York. I have tried several different manhattan boutique hotels and this is hands down the best. Typical to New York the rooms are smallish and somewhat worn, but they are appointed thoughtfully , the beds are very comfortable with soft sheets, there is excellent shower pressure, and the desk area was spacious and comfortable to work in. I love the 24 hour coffee and sitting area and it’s fantastic to have an on site fitness room. Thank you, Jewel hotel!
