had a truly wonderful stay at the Jewel Hotel in Manhattan. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of New York, with easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, which made it a relaxing retreat after busy days in the city. What really made the stay unforgettable was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. Traveling with friends, we especially appreciated the cozy and inviting spaces where we could relax together. Overall, the Jewel Hotel exceeded my expectations and made our trip to New York even more special. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Manhattan!

"A gem of a hotel at an affordable price!"

Our experience at The Jewel was top notch. The location couldn't be better at a price that said "pick me" over all the other choices. The room had everything that we needed. We got very lucky and had a corner room which allowed us to have 2 large windows. The windows on the side were floor to ceiling! The room airconditioner was practically silent, so often we find them annoyingly loud in hotels. The best was the staff. Leslie was the person who greeted us. We arrived early so she arranged to take and have our bags stored. She gave us directions and listened and answered all of our questions. We couldn't have been more pleased. Leslie is a tireless ambassador for the hotel. When we return to NYC we will look to stay at this gem again! Thank you!

My one-week stay at The Jewel Hotel has been fantastic. I highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable—close to all the main tourist attractions. My room was very clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and offered a unique view of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral!! It is worth highlighting the service of the team. The attention is very personalized, which makes it stand out from larger hotels where this highly valued service is often lost. I would like to especially recognize Sandy, who was particularly helpful during my stay, always attentive to all my needs and requests, with exceptional kindness and professionalism. I would also like to acknowledge Erick, for his dedicated assistance and remarkable commitment to service. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend The Jewel and look forward to returning soon!!

The Jewel Hotel is just that - a true jewel! I booked it because of how close it is to Radio City Music Hall and the location was perfect! The staff was fantastic and was truly helpful. The hotel is clean and well designed. The décor is lovely. We stayed in a suite which had two separate sleeping areas (with doors) with their own TVs and two full bathrooms (both with walk-n showers). There was a kitchenette fully stocked with plates, pans and cutlery, and work table in between the two sleeping areas. The smaller of the two sleeping areas has its bathroom attached (like an indoor cabin on a cruise ship!) and the larger sleeping area has its bathroom in the main entrance hall when you walk in. The hotel is perfectly located, and wonderfully operated. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in midtown.
