The Jewel Hotel - New York

The Jewel Hotel in NYC is a true gem, the hotel is the perfect location for visiting The Big Apple. All major sites are within walking distance or can easily be accessed by jumping in a cab or subway to see further away locations but its location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan is perfect for Rockefeller Center, Central Park and 5th Avenue. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the staff and for the entire stay the entire team were always on hand to help, wish you a good morning/evening and truly made this feel a home away from home. We were lucky to stay in one of the balcony rooms and the views are out of this world. With the extra amenities of having free bottles of water and a water fountain to fill up, free tea and coffee machine to use and free laundry it’s another standout about this hotel. My mum and I have left our trip with the knowledge we have now found a hotel we will always use and return to in New York, we can’t wait for our next trip and we wanted to personally thank the entire staff team at The Jewel for looking after us, making us feel so welcome and taken care of, you truly made our vacation and stay truly memorable and will be recommending this perfect hotel to family and friends, we miss you already

Excellent service, clean room and great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Less than 10 minutes walk to central park, time square, broadway and central station.

The Jewel cannot be recommended enough. It’s in the perfect location, is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly, attentive but not at all overbearing. We had two rooms - a superior and a 2 bedroom suite. Both were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Each floor has access to free purified water stations (with bottles) and if you go to the second floor there’s a coffee machine. This alone saves $$ every day and that’s in addition to the nespresso machine in your room. I last stayed in 2017 and will continue to recommend to anybody and everybody wanting to visit NYC* (*providing it doesn’t mean it’s fully booked when I next want to…)

The Jewel hotel was great. All at the front desk were so nice and very helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and wonderful stay.
