The Jewel Hotel - New York

Our second time staying here and would definitely stay again! Great location, very clean rooms, and quiet.

Convenient location which was 5 min from customer. Best rates in the local that I was willing to accept within walking distance from where I needed to be. Clean rooms, though a mini fridge and wicrowave wouldve made everything nicer.

Comfortable bed, easy check in , great location. It was an ideal hotel for a business conference. I recommend to anyone looking for comfort and a central location!

The location could not be better! The staff is always warm and friendly and every room I’ve had has been absolutely clean and wonderful. I’ve stayed at the jewel at least 20 times over the last year and I feel bad for folks who don’t take a chance on a smaller boutique hotel in Midtown. You will not regret it!

We recently stayed at The Jewel facing Rockefeller Center during a three-generation girls’ weekend (myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter), and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The boutique size and perfect location made it easy to walk to the Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway theaters, restaurants, and coffee shops. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the managers to the service personnel, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether offering restaurant recommendations, giving directions, or arranging taxi service, they consistently went above and beyond — often anticipating our needs before we even asked. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. We added a cot to our room, which was surprisingly comfortable, and we also felt very safe throughout our stay — something especially important to us. Our visit was absolutely perfect, and the accommodations were a major part of what made this trip so special. We are now looking for reasons to return to The Jewel just as much as we are looking for reasons to return to New York City.
