The Jewel Hotel - New York

The Jewel Hotel was a fantastic experience, from check-in to check-out. I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful woman at the front desk, who offered great recommendations on where to go at a later hour for dinner, and throughout my stay, I simply felt cared for and comfortable. The rooms were lovely with great offerings for bath products, and the espresso machine in the lounge was a great touch. 10/10 experience overall. Staff, cleanliness, noise, atmosphere, etc - all of it was top notch! Thank you for such a comfortable 2-night stay.

I have stayed in NYC several times over the years. But this hotel has by far given me the best service and location. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by the lovely Erick who let me freshen up and leave my luggage and able to go explore the city before my room was ready. During our stay and on the last day of check out the staff were there at all times with anything we asked for. The service they provided was top notch at all times. The location could not have been a better place. We got an unlimited metro card, which we barely used. You can literally walk everywhere from this hotel. You have the best location across from Rockefeller center. We were able to walk back and forth to change clothes or take time off to rest before continuing our day. I would definitely stay at The Jewel again next time I’m visiting NYC. Thank you to Erick and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stategic location, small rooms, needs some refreshing but overall find kind people and walk to Rockfeller in 30 seconds.

The Jewel Hotel in NYC is a true gem, the hotel is the perfect location for visiting The Big Apple. All major sites are within walking distance or can easily be accessed by jumping in a cab or subway to see further away locations but its location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan is perfect for Rockefeller Center, Central Park and 5th Avenue. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the staff and for the entire stay the entire team were always on hand to help, wish you a good morning/evening and truly made this feel a home away from home. We were lucky to stay in one of the balcony rooms and the views are out of this world. With the extra amenities of having free bottles of water and a water fountain to fill up, free tea and coffee machine to use and free laundry it’s another standout about this hotel. My mum and I have left our trip with the knowledge we have now found a hotel we will always use and return to in New York, we can’t wait for our next trip and we wanted to personally thank the entire staff team at The Jewel for looking after us, making us feel so welcome and taken care of, you truly made our vacation and stay truly memorable and will be recommending this perfect hotel to family and friends, we miss you already
