"Good location but no frills"

Good room. TV remote was intermittent and there was rust from water damage entering the bathroom. I called downstairs for breakfast options anywhere and the reply was “ not sure”. For the cost it was a good value due to location.

Excellent perfectly situated hotel super comfortable bed, amazing friendly staff and accommodating to pet owners. Our view was amazing our daughter and boyfriend loved the room next to ours so lucky to have stayed here definitely would stay again

Because of the odd times at which I came and went, I met both the day and the night concierge, and both were gracious, knowledgeable and generously helpful. My room was small, but cleverly designed to present all the essentials and a couple luxuries beyond the expected, such as an espresso machine and a fridge. Altogether, a small package but a pleasant and highly functional place to stay in NYC.
