"Excellent Stay!"

I am a long-time employee of NBCUniversal. My company has been partnered with The Jewel for many years. The Jewel has always offered us exceptional customer service. We often need to cancel and book rooms at the last minute. Every employee of The Jewel I have ever dealt with has been very accommodating to our needs. The senior guest experience manager, Elizabeth Blaise, has always gone above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and that our needs are met. The Jewel itself is very well run. Every time you enter the lobby you are greeted with a hello and a smile. The lobby is quaint and modern. The rooms themselves are very clean and well kept. They are spacious and comfortable. You can always expect a great night sleep on one of their beds. I would highly recommend staying at The Jewel during your next stay in NYC.

"NYC and The Rockettes"

An absolutely Amazing Visit and Fantastic Stay at The Jewel. The location couldn't be more convenient to everything (Shopping, Entertainment, and Restaurants). The staff are the Friendliest that we have encountered in NYC. The property and rooms are spotless, and excellent amenities. We saw The Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, and it was a short walk down the street.

"A Great Place for a New York City Jaunt"

While the Jewel is basic in many ways (no room service, no dining room,etc) it does have a gym -yoga mats provided- and a small but comfortable sitting area with a good coffee machine. Rooms range from small to quite comfortable, as with most hotels. No front desk but staff is there on their tablets to efficiently check in guests. Very friendly and welcoming. The real high point of the Jewel is its location. Rockefeller Center is literally across the street.

The Jewel Hotel was a fantastic experience, from check-in to check-out. I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful woman at the front desk, who offered great recommendations on where to go at a later hour for dinner, and throughout my stay, I simply felt cared for and comfortable. The rooms were lovely with great offerings for bath products, and the espresso machine in the lounge was a great touch. 10/10 experience overall. Staff, cleanliness, noise, atmosphere, etc - all of it was top notch! Thank you for such a comfortable 2-night stay.

"Truly a gem in the heart if Manhattan"

I have stayed in NYC several times over the years. But this hotel has by far given me the best service and location. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by the lovely Erick who let me freshen up and leave my luggage and able to go explore the city before my room was ready. During our stay and on the last day of check out the staff were there at all times with anything we asked for. The service they provided was top notch at all times. The location could not have been a better place. We got an unlimited metro card, which we barely used. You can literally walk everywhere from this hotel. You have the best location across from Rockefeller center. We were able to walk back and forth to change clothes or take time off to rest before continuing our day. I would definitely stay at The Jewel again next time I’m visiting NYC. Thank you to Erick and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
