"Outrageous Prices and Horrible Food"

The concert was great. But Bridgestone Arena has the most horrible food offerings. The hot chicken sandwich was awful; all breading and soaked in sauce. Hardly any chicken! The french fries were tasteless and probably were under the warmer for hours. The food was the very worst I have ever eaten at any concert or sports venue. The food and all beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol) at Bridgestone are the most ridiculous prices I have ever seen. Totally outrageous and not worth a single dollar let alone the obsence prices they charge!

"Unforgettable Night at Bridgestone Arena – Must Visit!"

Bridgestone Arena is an incredible venue! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric. The staff were friendly, the seating was comfortable, and the acoustics made every concert feel intimate, even in a large arena. The concession stands had plenty of options, and getting in and out was smooth thanks to organized entry and exit points. Whether you’re there for hockey or a live show, the energy of the crowd makes the experience unforgettable.

"Uncomfortable seating rude staff Karen"

Went to buy 2 beers for my wife and I and after inserting my card for $33 I could see what button to push and the woman reach over hit one button it went to $42.55. I told her I didn't plan on tipping you to hand me 2 cams of beer even if you did open them . She said it was too late and there is a line building up. Clapton's performance was great as expected but our seat even though good view were terribly in comfortable. I'm not a huge man 5'10" around 230 lbs seats section 120 row A 1 and 2. After becoming absolutely unbearably in pain and cramping at 65 years old we got up and we to walk it out and when we return thinking ok it's about over stood at the curtain to go in. Waiting there 6 staff and nobody complained until Karen showed up and said we can't watch from there tried to show her I had tickets for seats not 30' away she said go sit down. Wouldn't listen or look at tickets. We left went back to Drury hotel. Great music and entertainer ruined by event staff worse experience I've ever had for a concert venue. That saying something being first dozen were in the municipal auditorium. Won't be returning or suggesting the arena for anything.

"Nice place for a concert"

The place was very nice, great place to have a concert. Parking very close and convenient Sound sounded really good, I have been to some arenas where the sound is absolutely horrible. All the staff we talked to and interacted with were very helpful and friendly since I had no idea where I was going being from out of town. The only thing I had a huge problem with is a not skinny by any means, but not huge either and had trouble being wedged in those narrow tiny seats 300 sections (326) I had heard after I bought my tickets that they were like that but lower sections are not. So now I know for next time to get lower level. Easy entrance and scanning of tickets, and easy exit.
