Enjoy amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. A 24-hour front desk, concierge services, tour and ticket assistance, and luggage storage add convenience to your stay. For business needs, four indoor event spaces are available.

Create family memories with on-site activities, including mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, foosball, and hiking trails. Additional options include a game room and an outdoor playground.

Traditional guest rooms come equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. For more space and upgraded amenities, choose a spacious villa with a kitchenette and ceiling fan. Select villas even offer a washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is USD 150 per night. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per room and a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. We had a great time. The only negative is that the indoor pool is TINY and their were no onsite activities. Fortunately, we were able to use an indoor pool at another resort (thankfully) that my Mom was trying out. Having an indoor pool is important to my kids. :) This was our second time at Westgate and we LOVED our two-bedroom cabin!!

Nice quite resort ,great mattress and bedding and towels but cabins needs some updating furniture and carpets are old and needs replaced no wifi ....very few tv channels.. headboard was loose ..telephone didnt work but they where quick to fix and it was clean this is our second stay and we enjoyed the porches and jacuzzi tub

Involuntarily changed from one property to another despite confirmation number during our 10+ hour drive to Branson. Suite is nice and renovated. There is a timeshare now called “vacation club” pitch you get in order to get your parking pass. Told them I was going to think about it and gave them a wrong phone number. No pressure since then. Indoor pool has been closed for the whole trip. Overall nice but you don’t fall into the timeshare trap.

Great choice for families when visiting the Branson area. We have stayed at several good hotels in the area over the last few decades. This property is the best experience for lodging in the area, in our humble opinion. Super clean, well staffed, more than the usual amenities. No disappointments. We would recommend and will be back.

It's hard to be too critical when we booked through an employee discount website and the room was super cheap. I guess you get what you pay for! If I were a time share owner and this was the room I got though, I would be highly upset. The resort is set up with cabins and "lodges" that are essentially small motel type buildings. Our room was in one of the lodge buildings. The room had two queen beds and a small table with two chairs. It was small but workable as far as layout. There was really nothing special about this room. Reminded me of a Motel 6 or something similar. This is a non-smoking resort however our bathroom reeked of smoke every time we took a shower or had the fan on. The staff did use an air purifier in the room when we reported this which helped a ton. The walls were super thin. I could hear every conversation our neighbors had and they were not being loud. There was one large window that only had wood blinds (no curtains). This let a lot of light into the room and we are used to blackout curtains so we were not a fan of blinds only. The indoor pool was in a separate building. It was too cold to be walking back to our lodge in wet swimsuits and such so we would have had to drive over to use that facility. That was a major bummer for us because we love to swim and having to drive to a separate building was inconvenient. There is a small marketplace on site to get coffee and some premade food but no restaurants on site as far as we could tell. The concierge did try to get us to attend a free breakfast with a tour of the resort which was basically a sales pitch including a $100 Visa gift card. They wanted a $20 deposit to insure we attended. Since we really were not wanting to hear the sales pitch (this was even before we saw the room) we passed on the breakfast. Branson was a lot of fun for us so we do plan to return sometime soon to do some of things we didn't have a chance to do this visit. We will just choose to stay somewhere else.
