"Love our stay"

We stayed at The Brock last Dec. 7 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere and the location were perfect, just walking distance to Cliffton Hill and by the falls. Had our dinner at the Prime Steakhouse as well. We will definitely be going back here on our next visit to Niagara.

"Beautiful hotel - small rooms"

The Brock is a beautiful, historic hotel that was elegantly decked out with Christmas decorations during our visit in December. The location was great and parking was easy but on the higher end at $50 night. We stayed in room 1109 which had a balcony and falls view , which were at a slight angle to see. The rooms were small, but wonderfully decorated and cozy, with a super clean, high end bathroom. Note that this room had a queen bed that was right when you opened the door and it was up against the floor to ceiling windows with no easy entry to the bed on that side - this may be inconvenient for some, and certainly not ideal. I'm sure not all rooms are laid out like this. The rooms were also pretty dark, and it would be helpful if they added some additional room lighting. I would stay again, but possibly pick a bigger room if that's an option.

"A Blissful Experience at The Brock"

Thanks to Adrian Pangilinan, the Guest Experience Manager, for accommodating us and making us comfortable. We were able to enjoy our stay because of him especially. It's a beautiful hotel and we can't wait to come back and enjoy The Brock again!

Hotel is beautiful, well maintained and centrally located. Payal made our stay memorable. She knew it was our anniversary and provided us with a beautiful corner suite. Customer service from Payal was amazing and so welcoming we would definitely stay here again .

"Terrible room paper thin walls"

Location great Rooms are renovated great but very dark they are very small and walls very thin the music in the lobby part was basically like it was in our room we can hear the words loud and clear didn’t sleep all night it’s too bad because the beds and pillows were actually really good coz they r new but room 325 is terrible it’s a family rm one too no view and small Muir is soooooooo loud
