"Find somewhere else to stay"

The hotel is under renovation and the staff doesn't notify you at check in (bring earplugs!) Our 'newly' renovated room had a postage sized bathroom, peeling paint, exposed wires, a broken window and a stair fall hazard in the room (our request for a different room was ignored). Internet service was spotty. Pretty on the outside-interior amenities and staff need some serious work.

"Adrian is the best! A perfect hotel spot for a weekend in Ontario"

A beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff! Adrian was a life saver and made things so easy when we were a little goofed up! The hotel is a perfect location to walk to all of the best spots for the falls, eating and shopping. Easy for a family to split up when needed and go different directions and have a central meeting point. The pool area is perfect and we couldn’t recommend this hotel more and be sure to tell Adrian we said hi!

"Memorable Stay Overlooking the Falls"

During my stay at The Brock, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. Rosa went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued Hilton Honors member. My upgraded room featured a large balcony overlooking the Falls. Sitting there during the day and again at night while the Falls were illuminated made my stay special. I had stayed at this property several years ago, and the difference now is remarkable. The renovations have elevated the entire experience, bringing great value.

What a fantastic hotel. As a Honors member, we got a king room with a fantastic full view of the falls. The lady at check in welcomed us and wanted to make sure all of our needs were met. Explained everything clearly. Next day when we were out and about, got a text asking if we needed anything. Told them my wife was retiring and they sent us a nice gift to the room. She felt really special. This hotel has exceptional people and amenities. Would give this place a 10.
