"Dated hotel with poor customer service"

This is a dated hotel with the room we had not having blackout blinds as advertised nor working ac/heating. A lamp plug socket was also not working. Customer experience at this hotel is severely lacking. I had booked for a family trip to celebrate a 90th birthday. As a Hilton Honors member there was no recognition of loyalty. Complimentary Breakfast was not clear for a family booking and no acknowledgement on this issue. No resolve from the hotel or any adequate measure to help sort this out. This in turn caused disruption and made a special turn out to be sad and disappointing

The experience was incredible, from the second we entered the hotel Adrian Pangilinan looked after us and we are so grateful to have met him. We were celebrating our engagement and Adrian really went the extra mile to help celebrate, he really took an interest in our lives and from the customer service to room upgrades, he was incredible. Thank you so much Adrian. I would strongly recommend staying here, not only the customer service but the location is perfect! (Picture attached of view from our room)

Your effort in securing the best room and thoughtfully organizing everything truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed—it made a significant difference in our overall experience. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful, and the guest service was outstanding throughout our stay, reflecting a high standard of hospitality. From the moment we arrived we could tell we would enjoy our stay. The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views of the falls. The staff was wonderful, from Rosa at the front desk, who checked us in and out and offered great advice on the area, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Our package included the full breakfast buffet (not just continental), which had a variety of hot breakfast foods, fruit, yogurt, pastries breads and juices. The rooms are not huge, but they are recently renovated and clean and have everything you need. We stayed in room 801, which Marilyn Monroe apparently stayed in during her filming of the movie Niagara in the 1950’s and our parents were on the twelfth floor. Their room was very similar to our except they had a large outdoor space with fantastic views of the falls. Even when we like the hotels we stay at there is usually at least one aspect of the stay that could be better, but not here. Everything was perfect, and we would recommend the Brock to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
