"Hilltop Treasure!"

We went for the Ghostown experience and it was phenomenal! We were so pleasantly surprised! It is a first class operation. Rides, people, food, and entertainment were all fantastic! AND no lines at all! This is a hidden gem. Give it a chance you’ll be so happy you did!

During a recent trip visiting Pigeon Forge from the UK we visited Skyland Ranch for the evening as they have their Ghost Town on and at night it looks amazing. The coaster is not free, but is amazing. Well setout, long and fast and if the three we did in the area this was by far the best. The Wagonwheeler is free as is superb. We did it at night but the views were still amazing, in the day I could only think this would be even better and the ride itself is quite long and well worth doing imo. The views from Skyland Ranch are amazing, the property well maintained, the staff polite, professional and friendly and the food was spot on. Also the love music and entertainment is great and we'd highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area.

"Just ok, not sure it’s worth the money"

We really wanted to like this place since it’s close to the cabin we stay in each year. Unfortunately, we just didn’t think there was enough to do for the price. Our 4 year old and 2 year old were able to do the playground and look at some miniature horses/ponies and other animals through a fence. Other than that we walked around the gift shop and overlook. We came back later for their ghost town event that evening and it was very underwhelming. They had some decorations, lights and a show. We probably won’t be back unless more things are added. We did not try any food, so I can’t comment on that.

"A Local's Perspective........."

We absolutely love Skyland Ranch. We are annual passholders and in only three years of their existantce, we continue to be amazed at what they're doing and adding. We love all of the animals and that was a big draw to us. We've done the safari ride, ridden the mountain coaster and this past weekend, I rode the Wagon Wheel for the first time. Absolutely amazing! The staff is always super friendly, helpful and geninuely is glad we're there. Also, this year they started doing something in the evenings called Moos and Boos and Ghost Town. Moos and Boos is so cute. It last from 6-7ish. Some of the animals are in costumes, they have trick or treating for the kids 12 & under. They also have awesome decorations and themed food as well. Then, closer to 8 everything transforms over to Ghost Town. It is phenomonal! GREAT entertainment, decorations, a scavenger hunt, and characters walking around. We absolutely loved it. Skyland is a top notch attraction in our county and my favorite thing do in Sevierville! They are doing amazing things and I can't wait to see what else they continue to do as they continue to grow.

"An experience not to be missed "

Our experience way exceeded our expectations. Eric, our hayride and bus driver was a delightful person to speak with and we had a lovely conversation not only about the ranch but also general life conversations. Jay, Ben and Billy at the coaster were so wonderful, thoughtful and accommodating. Due to a halted first ride (rider completely stopped on the track, was no fault of staff of the ranch), we were allowed to take a 2nd ride. Honestly I have never experienced the level of kindness and caring outside of Disney parks. I hope the owners or management take great care of their amazing staff. The coaster was so much fun. The chair lift has such amazing views. The hayride was so informative and fun. The ranch was very clean and attractive. The food was fantastic and very reasonable priced for an attraction.
