"Wow!!"
March 2019
The husband and I enjoyed very much. The kids didn’t care about the show but loved the food and going up to the top deck on the boat. They are little and don’t like to sit still. But we all had a fabulous time and can’t wait to do it again.

We had a great time watching the show! The food was really good. The winds were blowing at 55 miles per hour, so we didn’t get to cruise the lake. I was thankful the captain knew better than take us out.

We liked all the entertainment. The singers and dancers were talented. The MC, comedy person was funny, and good at his job. We thought the meal was very average. My dessert was served frozen and it was difficult to eat. No alcoholic beverages served. At first it was announced that we would not leave the dock due to high winds. I was very disappointed but understand safety measures are important. However, the winds decreased and we did get a cruise. Happier!

"Nice activity to do while in Branson "

The entertainment was great, the food was very good, and the lake is beautiful. The only possible downside to doing this is the chance of not getting to leave the dock due to weather. We were told once we were seated that we couldn’t leave the dock, but if conditions changed, we would. Luckily, conditions changed and we were able to go out on the lake.

"Overall positive but accessibility needs improvement "

We recently attended the dinner theater on the Branson Belle. Our seats were on the Captain’s level, so the chairs were comfy. The food portions were ample and the quality of the food very good. Servers were very pleasant & efficient. The show was good quality, varied and fun. I enjoyed the patriotic closing and that the whole program was clean and family friendly. My only problem with the experience is in the area of accessibility. There is a long hill from the parking lot down to the dock, and there was no one to help us down. I really would have appreciated assistance getting down to the dock, not just to get us back up to the parking lot after the show. A wheelchair was provided to assist me on & off the boat once I made it to the dock. The women’s restroom on the second level was not accessible. The toilet was low, the cubicle was too small to get my walker near the toilet, and there were no grab bars in the cubicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the dinner & the show, but I think there is definitely room for improvement in providing for the needs of those with mobility limitations. If it weren’t for the accessibility issues, I would have rated this experience 5 stars, instead of the 3 that I gave it.
