"Branson Fall creek"
August 2019
It was better than I expected! Our family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and we had PLENTY of space to cook meals, eat dinner, hang out and sleep. Our kids loved all 3 of the pools and the miniature golf course was a fun option as well. The jacuzzi bath was an excellent way to finish my day after Silver Dollar City. When we go back, this is the only place we will stay!

"Beautiful resort"
June 2019
Our room was on the third floor and over looked the river. It was beautiful. We didn't participate in events at the resort, because we had tickets to do other things. The 2 bedroom condo was nice and clean and beautiful. Both bath tubs were jaccuzis. The air conditioner froze up and the room was 80 degrees. With a call to the front desk maintenance fixed it and the room was cooled down within 2 hours. The people at the check in was awesome and so was security who escorted us to our room.

Tip: Be prepared to climb stairs. Many fun activities available at the resort so you don't have to leave.

"It was nice!"
December 2018
Front desk employees were really nice, especially Eri Williams. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean...except for the window seal. We noticed a mold growing on the bedroom window when we opened the blinds. It was nice to have washer/dryer, but it was outbalanced and would make really loud noise especially during spin. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc., and they are of very good quality. All other appliances were running fine. The window, though, doesn't have curtains, it has blinds, but you can still see lights outside or lights from vehicles passing would shine through. We can also hear outside noises. Overall, the area was nice, parking space is not a problem. The Christmas decorations around the facilities were beautiful.

"Accessible?"
August 2018
Suites tried to help but Reserve Branson failed to reserve a handicapped accessible suite. The campus was like staying in an anthill. Staff were good and only pushed a little on the condo sales. Reserve Branson totally failed.

"Wonderful Suites"

I brought my mother here to revisit Branson. My brothers and I sent our parents to Branson for their 50th anniversary 20 years ago. They had a great time but it was just a room. Our one bedroom handicapped accessible suite is beautiful. The furniture is very nice and extremely comfortable and easy for mom to get up. The mattress in the bed is so comfortable that we have gotten the best 2 nights sleep so far and look forward to the rest of our stay. The appliances in the kitchen here are really nice and so are the pots and pans. Highly recommend the Suites at Fall Creek.

Some members of our party had special needs and we were accommodated with great dispositions from all staff. This resort can definitely be a self contained stay with a wide range of available activities and very helpful staff. We are already planning to stay next year.

Came to the resort to see if it had improved since we last visited five years ago. Change was for the worse, in our opinion. Didn't like the amenities fee. Some folks don't participate in those activities. In my opinion, those people subsidize other guests entertainment. Bad policy, we believe.

"Very Disappoint in this Diamond Resort"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed September 30, 2019 NEW
It is beautiful from the first view of the outside. I was given a stay there for going to a presentation, but after seeing my small studio room, I wanted to leave, but didn't want to be billed for the rest of the stay. I have had budget hotel rooms that was nicer or as nice as this tiny box. It had two burners for a stove, no oven and a dorm room refrigerator. The bed was low and not good for someone of my age. The walls are so thin that it seems as if the people above us was stomping when they walked. I voiced my displeasure during that 4 hrs presentation that was supposed to be 2 hrs. I was so disappointed in his place and diamond resort for sending me there. The only upside was that I actually only paid the $99 to diamond to stay there for 4 nights. The only reason we stayed is that they will charge extra if you don't go to the presentation and we had already purchase ticked to see Sampson on the 3 night.

We love coming to the Ozarks and expecially Branson. We are seniors. We love the shows. We love one particular show that we come to see every time to Branson; it is the Magnificient Seven. The Tinoco's are great people. Joe used to live in Olathe, Kansas where we did. We are glad that he and his wife Tamra and daughter Talya have had great success here. They have one of the BEST SHOWS. To go out to see the Table Rock lake is a real treat; one of the most beautiful in the country. We always wished we could afford to have a place on the lake here. If you enjoy eating, this is the place; any kind of food is available from simple to fine dining. Don't pay any attention to those who complain about "76" traffic; there are great maps to help you get around without being in those long slow lines you hear about. We have been to Branson manytimes over the last 40 years and we are spending our "41st Anniversay" here this week. Fall Creek is one of the favorite places we have stayed over the years. All of you, please plan to make a trip to Branson, you will never be disappointed.
