"Gorilla selling tactics"
December 2019
At check in we were sent to the concierge desk for a "gift". We were offered $150 to spend at Silver Dollar City if we would take a tour of the resort. We agreed to take the tour. What actually happened was: we had to spend 3 hours listening to Diamond Properties salespeople try to sell us memberships to their travel company. They wouldn't take no for an answer, they had 4 people involved trying to sell us. The price for their membership was $59,000.00
The room however was very nice

Beds were comfy, but ALL the other furniture was in DESPERATE need of upgrade. Large resort, hard to navigate, not very good instructions.

"Branson Fall creek"
August 2019
It was better than I expected! Our family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and we had PLENTY of space to cook meals, eat dinner, hang out and sleep. Our kids loved all 3 of the pools and the miniature golf course was a fun option as well. The jacuzzi bath was an excellent way to finish my day after Silver Dollar City. When we go back, this is the only place we will stay!

"Beautiful resort"
June 2019
Our room was on the third floor and over looked the river. It was beautiful. We didn't participate in events at the resort, because we had tickets to do other things. The 2 bedroom condo was nice and clean and beautiful. Both bath tubs were jaccuzis. The air conditioner froze up and the room was 80 degrees. With a call to the front desk maintenance fixed it and the room was cooled down within 2 hours. The people at the check in was awesome and so was security who escorted us to our room.

"It was nice!"
December 2018
Front desk employees were really nice, especially Eri Williams. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean...except for the window seal. We noticed a mold growing on the bedroom window when we opened the blinds. It was nice to have washer/dryer, but it was outbalanced and would make really loud noise especially during spin. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc., and they are of very good quality. All other appliances were running fine. The window, though, doesn't have curtains, it has blinds, but you can still see lights outside or lights from vehicles passing would shine through. We can also hear outside noises. Overall, the area was nice, parking space is not a problem. The Christmas decorations around the facilities were beautiful.

Suites tried to help but Reserve Branson failed to reserve a handicapped accessible suite. The campus was like staying in an anthill. Staff were good and only pushed a little on the condo sales. Reserve Branson totally failed.

Very nice resort.Clean units but rather worn, especially carpeting . It is close to all Branson activities and is very quiet. The geese make it interesting but be careful where you walk. Be sure to go to the dock in Lake Tanycomo.

"Quality not what you expect"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed July 27, 2020 NEW
First let me say the check in people were excellent and helpful during the week. We had to have the unit cleaned on arrival, there were stains on the counter and soap scum in the tub and trash left in trash can under the sink. The quality of the unit was far less than what we have come to expect. The carpet was buckled in 4 places and I tripped over one of them at least once a day. Using the toaster set off the fire alarm every time we used it, we tried a different location without success; there were stains on the counter top. The tub leaked onto the floor when you took a shower because a guard was missing.

"One and done"

Rooms was dated. There is nothing to do unless you want to drive. They stuck us away from everything. I have seen bigger pools in backyards, no lifeguards, so no supervision. The best part was going fishing and seeing two eagles. Won't stay there again. The staff couldn't recommend any good places to eat.

Overall it was not a bad place to stay but it had to grow on me! It was not what I expected from other resorts I have stayed in over the years. I knew there was a problem when, at check in, I asked if I had an option of rooms, (newer renovated, good view) and they both looked at each other and one said we can't do anything about the view because of the Corps of Engineers but you will have a shade. I did not know what that meant but I found out soon. The screened in porch I was looking forward to relaxing on with a lake view was in the middle of a jungle of trees and I could not see the lake. :( My husband was unhappy when we arrived and there was not an elevator but it really wasn't too bad. We were on the 2nd floor and just made a couple trips between the 3 of us. The outside of the building was dirty and covered in spider webs and bugs. It is in desperate need of pressure washing! The inside seemed clean enough although someones contact lens was in the bathroom and grossed me out! The layout of the unit was very good but needs some TLC and updating. I could see how in the day it was a very nice place! The small appliances and cookware was nice and fairly new. The shower was dangerous to get into because it was a extra tall tub, seriously it came half way up my thigh so stepping out for a short or older person could be a problem but the shower itself was good with hot water and good pressure. The only drapes are over the double sliding glass doors. New window treatments would update the looks of the unit but some type of black out shade in the bedroom would be nice. You have to drive to pools and activities if you stay by the lake. I saw signs for 80 buildings and only two outdoor pools and they were busy. We looked forward to the putt putt and it had been refurbished and opened while we were here. The activity areas were nice, clean, and organized. This is a long post but I hope it is helpful.
