"Gorilla selling tactics"
December 2019
At check in we were sent to the concierge desk for a "gift". We were offered $150 to spend at Silver Dollar City if we would take a tour of the resort. We agreed to take the tour. What actually happened was: we had to spend 3 hours listening to Diamond Properties salespeople try to sell us memberships to their travel company. They wouldn't take no for an answer, they had 4 people involved trying to sell us. The price for their membership was $59,000.00
The room however was very nice

Beds were comfy, but ALL the other furniture was in DESPERATE need of upgrade. Large resort, hard to navigate, not very good instructions.

"Branson Fall creek"
August 2019
It was better than I expected! Our family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and we had PLENTY of space to cook meals, eat dinner, hang out and sleep. Our kids loved all 3 of the pools and the miniature golf course was a fun option as well. The jacuzzi bath was an excellent way to finish my day after Silver Dollar City. When we go back, this is the only place we will stay!

"Beautiful resort"
June 2019
Our room was on the third floor and over looked the river. It was beautiful. We didn't participate in events at the resort, because we had tickets to do other things. The 2 bedroom condo was nice and clean and beautiful. Both bath tubs were jaccuzis. The air conditioner froze up and the room was 80 degrees. With a call to the front desk maintenance fixed it and the room was cooled down within 2 hours. The people at the check in was awesome and so was security who escorted us to our room.

Tip: Be prepared to climb stairs. Many fun activities available at the resort so you don't have to leave.

"It was nice!"
December 2018
Front desk employees were really nice, especially Eri Williams. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean...except for the window seal. We noticed a mold growing on the bedroom window when we opened the blinds. It was nice to have washer/dryer, but it was outbalanced and would make really loud noise especially during spin. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc., and they are of very good quality. All other appliances were running fine. The window, though, doesn't have curtains, it has blinds, but you can still see lights outside or lights from vehicles passing would shine through. We can also hear outside noises. Overall, the area was nice, parking space is not a problem. The Christmas decorations around the facilities were beautiful.

Suites tried to help but Reserve Branson failed to reserve a handicapped accessible suite. The campus was like staying in an anthill. Staff were good and only pushed a little on the condo sales. Reserve Branson totally failed.

It is always nice to go away and get from it all. We did go to one show before they cancelled them all no problem?? We are going back later in the fall time??? If you are cooking in rooms bring a good knife theirs are DULL, If cooking for a group bring a large pot then have none, same as a frying pan, we had one small one. We had to pay for WiFi as they called it Resort fee, 9,75 per day. We are hoping that the Government will ask to stop this for our members in the Armend Forces== AFVC. Check your property before you book

"Small, but good!"

We stayed here for a week in a studio, it was small but good. It had every thing we needed. The club house had one of the largest pools I've ever seen for being in doors. Our suite was clean with a small kitchenette a little dated, but we had a great stay. No completes, we would go back.

"Large rooms but could use updating."
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed March 08, 2020
Staff was great. Rooms are large except studios. We had a two bedroom. Which had lock off for 2nd bedroom. Unit was clean but needed updating. It had fairly large screen TVs so my husband appreciated that. They didn’t have reservation but since I had my copy they took care of us. it did add to the time needed for check in. check out was very easy. I understand that they are in the process of updating . They are the only condo that we have stayed in Branson that charges a resort fee. Didn’t appreciate that at all. Were happy to know that they do have some elevators in property. Their 3 level buildings do not but 4 level buildings do. Didn’t appreciate being placed in older unit because we were RCI. Overall, hopefully they will update all the units and we would go back. It was not crowded but they seemed to have lots of parking and seem to be trying to improve their resort overall.

Pros: large spacious one bedroom condo , comfy bed, whirlpool tub and screened in porch. Cons: outdated appliances, old green carpet ( seams showing and ripples) , and no shower. When they put the tub in they didn’t connect it to the shower head lol. Don’t run dishwasher and try to watch tv. Better condo ( resorts) in Branson.
