"Great choice!"

This hotel exceeded my expectations! starting with Kavan at the front desk. I called a week before i arrived and Kavan answered. I had a few questions about the hotel as i was still trying to decide between marriott fallsview. I had a reservation at both hotels. Kavan sold me on sheraton fallsview. He was patient. He acknowledged me as a platinum elite member. He guaranteed me a fallsview room upgrade. Upon my arrival, I asked for him. I was celebrating my birthday. He made it so special. He sent cake and rose wine to the room. He explained the amenities of the hotel and gave recommendations without me having to ask. His customer service was outstanding. The view was amazing. The room was clean, spacious and modern. There are plenty of activities onsite. Walking distance to everything on the strip and the falls. Loved the spa. Complimentary breakfast for platinum or higher in the fallsview restarurant. Club lounge available also. I would definitely recommend.

"GREAT LOCATION at the FALLS"

Great location with panoramic view of the Falls. Very convenient for walking along the path, in front of the Falls, booking a boat ride, zip line, etc. Check-in seamless for Marriott Bonvoy members, despite the long line. Front office staff professional and polite. There is no garage in the hotel, you can select self-park or valet parking, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. Room: we booked Hi-floor, Juliet balcony, King, it gave us a panoramic view of the Falls , away from ambient noises. Room is clean, comfortable. Starbucks, Freshii (some healthy, vegetarian fares available)- In-Hotel restaurants: Grand Buffet ( very crowded, but a good selection of pastries, hot dishes, oatmeal, yoghurt, fruits) . Massimo's Italian resto : average fares, pricey, small portions, but very good service. Nearby hotels, eateries, restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisine. So explore!

I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Niagara thanks to Sagar at the front desk. He greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude, which immediately made me feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the check-in process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests’ comfort, and Sagar truly does. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

"Would not stay at this Hotel. Not worth the money."

Room was not cleaned 2 days on the run. Complained at the desk after the cleaners said our room was not on there list. Then on one night on our floor we had people going up and down the coridoors kicking and banging on all the doors screaming and shouting.
