Location was very good, clean, and well maintained. We had the junior king balcony room, and it was excellent minus one issue. the toilet kept running for the two night we stayed. To be fair was did not call it in but should be looked at for the next guest. the balcony was excellent and enjoyed it. We had dinner on Valentine's Day at the hotel restaurant. Food was very good, bourbon selection was better than the fancy local restaurant we went to the night before, but the star was our server, Michael. Class act and can work at any restaurant in town. Someone give him a bonus. The only issue in our stay is that my wife has strong dog allergies and, on this weekend, I saw more dogs in the hotel than I have ever seen in a hotel. I saw two couples with 3 dogs each! My wife's allergies took a lot from our experience. I wonder if Hilton has accommodations for guest that have animal allergies. We are Hilton diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton properties and likely always will, but don't think we would return to this location based on seeing so many animals in the hotel. We are visiting the Signa in San Antinio in late June, I hope they have less animals or some non-animal rooms. Still was a nice stay and I would recommend this location to others that are dog lovers or those without allergy issues.

The hotel is a nice beautiful atmosphere overall just very pricy parking and food. As soon as you enter the parking lot you get charged $30; there is a security guard at night so that’s nice. I stopped by for breakfast and dinner the food was good and was good portioned. The server in the morning today was very laid back I think her name was Denae she left her tables messy when there wasn’t that many people around. She was very dismissive and I couldn’t find her most of the time. The server on Monday however didn’t catch her name was very sweet and upkept the restaurant and alwyas made sure I had refills I think her name was Hailey. *your experience is different depending on the servers for this restaurant* Jason the bartender was really cool he made some good drinks and overall made the stay fun. Id recommend eating there for dinner the food was phenomenal. They also have a gym and nice courtyard; the courtyard was very clean and relaxing. Everyone is welcoming but there are so many fees here especially for it just being a night or two. The rooms were nice just a bit outdated. The soap smelled nice. Overall would I come back? Maybe with family for seaworld but any other occasion probably not; I’d stick to a different hotel, It’s not a bad hotel. Breakfast is not included they do have a package but it’s very minimal on what is included especially when the menu is as big as it is. At least put an omelet on the included breakfast menu. The front desk was also very helpful and offered me waters which was very kind.

If you’re visiting San Antonio, this is absolutely the place to stay. The hospitality and customer service is top-tier. Also eating at the spur ask for Ari as your server, she is incredible. We had her 90% of the time we ate there and every experience was top-notch. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it had every accommodation that we needed. The staff is incredible!

Room was clean, however had a big piece of drywall cut out of the ceiling like something you would see in a trap house. Upon arrival after booking stay discovered parking was an additional 30$ and that no reasonable breakfast option is offered. Very dissapointed for the high price of the stay.
