Hilary, the hostess was amazing!! Super helpful and never saw her frown one time! Always bubbly and smiling!! Great employee! Pool and jacuzzi were nice! The beer is absolutely overpriced at the pool bar. And shout out to the front desk for helping with a noise complaint! Great and friendly staff!

We recently booked a weekend staycation at the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country, and it completely exceeded our expectations! With two young kids in tow, we were looking for a place that was both relaxing for us and exciting for them — and this hotel delivered. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and spacious enough for our family of four, with super comfy beds that gave us all a great night's sleep. The highlight for our kids was definitely the outdoor pool area — it had plenty of space to splash and play. We also loved the fire pits at night where we could unwind while the kids roasted s’mores. The on-site restaurant had great kid-friendly options, and the breakfast buffet made mornings super easy before heading out. Best of all, SeaWorld is just a few minutes away, which made coming and going a breeze. After a fun (but exhausting!) day at the park, it was so nice to return to a quiet, comfortable space that still felt like part of the getaway. This hotel is truly a hidden gem for families looking for an easy, fun, and affordable escape without going far. We’ll definitely be back for another Hill Country staycation soon!

I visited the restaurant today for breakfast and met with Hilary my server. She was beyond nice and very helpful and dedicated on her job. TWO Thumbs up! I will definitely come back for more and hope to see Hilary every day while I stay at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel love the pool and games they have outside. Restaurant was cool our server Natasha was rude and dismissive with a very bad attitude. The other staff in general are very friendly. I’d go back to this hotel especially since it’s so close to sea world.

Hotel staff were very friendly! Manuela who is taking care of our room is awesome. She is very caring and has shown great hospitality! Also Hilary who served us at breakfast was awesome!
