"Sky lift photos not received after purchasing vip pass"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

We purchased the VIP package, yet our Sky Lift photos were lost due to your team’s error. I provided customer service with the exact date and time of our visit, and they were still unable to locate our photos. Because we were traveling from out of town, I explicitly confirmed with the service desk before leaving that all of our photos were accounted for, and I was assured that they were. After returning home, we discovered that we had been given someone else’s photos instead. This is unacceptable, especially given the premium price paid for the VIP package.

"Terrible"

Wow. What a terrible tour. Our guide was just awful. He did not tell us anything about the history of the building or the Rockefellers. He had a really bad attitude as well, complaining about the others in our group. He then left our tour halfway through without telling us.
