We had a fantastic tour & got to see the behind the scenes of one of the world's best music venues 😍 Highlight was meeting one of the Rockettes, she was fabulous 😍 We had a superb tour guide, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the venue. Really enjoyed it, one of the highlights of our Honeymoon to NY.

Beware of when you go! If there is any show or activity going on the day you go, it is not worth the price because you will not see anything backstage, will not go onstage, see the hydraulics or anything else really interesting for that matter. We went during Sprint break for the kids and it was very disappointing after really looking forward to it.

Sierra was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The tour is amazing! There was no show that evening, so we got to go on stage and under the stage. We learned about the history of the theater, the history of the Rockettes and about the theater's beautiful art deco decor. We got to meet a Rockette and have our picture taken with her. I can't say enough good things about the tour. It was 70 minutes long and packed full of great info. I highly recommend it.

We did the tour voucher as an add on to our Rockette’s tickets. We got there about 11am day of the show to swap our voucher for the 3:30p tour. It was opening weekend and they had lots of tour spots available, but I could see how these might fill up quite fast closer to the holidays. The voucher saved us about $12 each, but honestly in hind site I wish I would’ve just purchased a timed tour ticket which wohave been less stressful for us since we were staying in Brooklyn and had to come to Manhattan extra early to make sure we got the tour time we wanted since we had tickets to the 5pm show. We ended up getting back to the theater early and we able to join the 3pm tour. We were done at little after 4pm, but the tour guide is able to scan your show tickets so you don’t have to leave the theater and get back on line outside to renter( big bonus!!). We had about an hour before the show which allowed us to use the non-crowded bathroom and the. grabbed a seat up in the bar area looking down over the lobby. Quickly passed the time enjoying a drink and people watching. Highlight of the tour was a quick meet and greet with a current Rockette. Just a heads up, there was A LOT of stairs to climb for this tour, but we were regularly offered access to an elevator if anyone in the group felt they could not climb stairs. Great guide, think her name was Maddie.
