"If you have any other choice, stay somewhere else."

If your only other choice is sleeping in your car, then stay at this motel. Otherwise, avoid it. I will say the good part first. The bed was clean and comfortable. Other than that, the whole place was awful. It is dirty everywhere. The doors are scuffed black at the bottom from all the luggage which has banged into them. The carpets are frayed, and ragged at the edges. There are no overhead lights in the rooms. One of the light fixtures in our room had a burned out lightbulb. There is a pervasive, unpleasant smell. The whole place just gave my husband and me the creeps. It may once have been a nice place. But it has been used hard and not maintained. Don't stay there.

Far below Quality Inn standards. Key lock outside doors are broken, dead bolt didn't work, outdated and dingy looking, sketchy guys smoking dope in the parking lot. Quality should drop this franchise if it wants maintain any credibility.

"DO NOT STAY HERE"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at ever. First, we were told it was a no smoking room, The room reeked of cigarette smoke and every piece of furniture had cigarette burns on them. Good thing there was a Target next door so we could buy some air fresheners. There were holes in the wall, Bathroom fixtures and ceiling were rusted and moldy. The bathroom door would not close. The curtains did not fit the windows so you could not block out the outside lights to sleep. Only one light in the room worked. The bathroom fan was hanging by the wires. The pillows looked like something out of a baby’s crib. It looked like they took regular sized pillows and cut them in quarters. The list goes on and on. I was an IT consultant for over ten years I have stayed in more hotels and motels than I have at my home. I have stayed at no-tell motels in backwoods North Dakota that were in better conditions than this place. They need to update their website. There may have been a restaurant on site at one time, but it's not there now. Pulling into the parking lot you can see a huge hole in the roof above the "Water Park". Walking into the lobby if you look to left there is an electrical outlet hang by its wires. How this hotel is allowed stay in business is beyond me. The electrical code violations alone should allow the town to close this place down. There is no security here. All side doors are unable to close or are propped open so anyone can enter at will. Also noticed on our floor and the floor my daughter was on; several rooms had their doors blocked open. I have never seen this many doors blocked open. My daughter’s rooms were not much better. Her door lock did not work. The sofa in one room was broken. It looked like something they picked up on the side of the road. She did not dare use the shower due to the rust and mold. Her son went and stayed with his coach in the hotel across the road. When she asked about access to the water park, the staff could not speak English enough to explain anything other than it was an additional charge. We were here for a youth baseball tournament and were seriously looking to move to one of the hotels across road but were told they were full. Besides we had paid over $400 for 3 rooms and no way would we get our money back. The next day at the game we talked with parents who stayed at one of the hotels across the road, they paid about the same or less and had no complaints about their rooms or service. This is a double black eye on the Quality Inn chain and to the city of Batavia.

"I would not stay again"

Reviewed October 20, 2024
Stayed Saturday October 19th. Arrived really late, just wanted a place to sleep. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is extremely outdated and not very clean. Smells awful. Needs alot fixed. Did spot a 🪳 as well. Beds are comfortable yes. I wouldn't shower or eat there. Nope. Keep your belongings in the car or you may take home bugs. Overall don't recommend unless you need something cheap or last minute.

"UGH."

We went at mid-June. Very old, dirty, and with sparse accommodations. Never could get internet. We had to sit in the lobby once or twice when we had to connect with businesses. It was a "what you paid for" deal. Many people there, were living there, and I suspect were not citizens of the U.S.A. No toilet paper in bathroom, no garbage pickup daily, no towels were being brought. We were right across the room from the laundry, so we took care of towels, trash and toilet paper on our own. No fan in the bathroom. I have never had a stay like this in ANY motel. UGH.
