This was the first time we did the Adventure park- We had the best tour Guides for it- David and Abbey(I hope spelled right) They cheered you on if you were afraid and explained everything! My fear of heights almost got the best of me, but I wasn’t giving up! They haveGreat personalities. I hope we have them next time we go! They made it very memorable! My husband, I, and my parents will be back for sure! We all saw the show in September absolute blast!! The crew and lumberjacks are amazing! This will be a yearly trip stop for us!

"Sad staff and long waits "

This was a bland activity for my kids (age 12 and 7). I did not enjoy the fact that my 12 year old who weighs only 70 lbs and fit into the child harness was charged an adult rate. I also did not enjoy the lack of staff attending to the elevated zip line coaster. The line was extremely long, and to make it worse they would stop and let kids do the “drop” attraction taking more time from the main attraction. I was unable to check on my 7 year old, offer him water or make sure he was still in line because I did not pay for a ticket for myself. I witnessed a young girl come down the many flights of stairs crying, saying “they didn’t let me go”. I was not impressed by the attitudes of the staff and actually saw one of them hiding something in a planter box by the log roll attraction?? The man running the aerial net attraction did nothing but scream, to the point that all that was allowed was slow walking. The whole process was extremely slow, drawn out and exhausting, leaving me with a neck cramp since I kept staring up waiting for my child to finally ride something. After 5 hours, my 2 kids only went down the “coaster” once due to the wait time. I tried to talk to the manager, David but again there was a long wait. Save your money and go to Dollywood!

This was a great show. These lumberjacks and janes work really hard at the logging competition/show. This was a really fun experience. The show was very interactive with the audience. Seating was great and included heaters for the cold. I would recommend it for the whole family.
