Kudos to Mercedes particularly but also J.C. and his staff. The facility is always kept in good shape. Service is very good. Location is excellent as it is right in the center of Pigeon Forge. We go every year and it is like "coming home." The only thing I think is missing is a quite space to play cards.

We stay here every year during a Marriage Retreat. We have enjoyed our stay at Courtyard Pigeon Forge every year, with no complaints, however, this year is different! The beds were terrible. We stayed 3 nights and got very little sleep! I don’t know if they’ve changed mattresses, but they need to change again!

Love this hotel!!! Second time staying here and this will always be where I stay for vacation in Pigeon Forge. Hotel is very clean!!! Staff is very professional, always cleaning, rooms are spotless and great location to all the hot spots. The indoor pool was heated and warm. The pools and fire pits are beautiful and relaxing!!

If you are thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate anymore and book it! I stayed with 3 friends in 2 rooms. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. One room had a balcony and the other had a larger window with a couch instead of a chair. We loved that the bathrooms had showers and not tubs. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly and if I needed help, was helpful. The ladies that were doing breakfast on Monday, Sept 16th, need a special shoutout! They were simply a delight and assets to the hotel! The front desk staff was amazing, as well. The only downside for us was that the pools are supposed to be heated but they were chilly. The outside one was probably because the weather had dropped a bit the day before. My friends still did the floating river and loved it. I went to in indoor pool which is in a room where 3 sides are those garage doors and they were open on 2 sides. So the cooler weather now cooled down the inside pool. However, we all loved the fact that they are open 24/7 and definitely will take advantage next time we come in warmer weather. There will definitely be a next time!! Bravo, Courtyard Pigeon Forge!
