What do I need to bring?
You should bring sunglasses, sunscreen, sun hat, bathing suits, towels, and water.
What other items can I bring?
Phone or camera (with waterproof case and strap), beverages (no glass containers), and a small cooler.
What items are not allowed?
Food, drugs, spray sunscreen, or large coolers.
Where is it located?
They're located at Hilton Head Harbor.
Is the tour appropriate for children?
Yes. Children must be ages 6 years and older to parasail. Children under age 6 can come on the boat as observers.
Can anyone participate?
This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with serious medical issues, neck or back problems.
How long is the tour?
Time onboard is approximately one hour and 30 minutes with a full boat of 12 passengers. Each flight lasts between 8-10 minutes.
Can I bring my own food/beverages?
You may bring your own beverage. However, glass containers are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
No, tobacco use is not allowed.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The maximum weight for participants is 250lbs each. The maximum combined weight is 450lbs, depending on wind conditions. The captain makes the final decision.
What is an observer?
An observer will take a seat on the boat but will not fly in the air.
Will I be required to sign a waiver?
Yes, the waiver is required by every person for each activity. Returning Customers must fill out a waiver as well. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign a waiver at check-in.
Are pets allowed?
No. Service animals are allowed, however they are not permitted to fly.
