This was my second year in a row spending Easter Spring Break at this resort. I booked through the Hilton app, and everything about the process was smooth and easy. The check-in staff were welcoming and took great care of us. The hotel is well kept, and the staff is attentive. The head of maintenance even grabbed my family some towels on the fly—just solid, thoughtful service. We connected with a service team member named Gladwyn on our first night. From then on, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for full bellies and a good time. He truly made the trip even more memorable. I would do this trip 1,000 times over.

Had a great stay. From the check in till the last day of my vacation i couldn't of had a better time. Anais the front desk was so professional and super nice. The restaurant food and service was great. Gladwyn and Suchith are both amazing servers. Look for both of them at either the restaurant or Pool side bar and you can expect to have great service. The pool is wonderful. Make sure to stop in the giftshop at night and get yourself a little snack before you settle in for the night and Anthony will make sure to have a big smile waiting for you. Make sure you choose to stay here and you wont be disappointed.

Excellent hotel experience. The pool is right next to the beach providing easy access to food and drink. Beach towels are provided. Natasha serving pool side was great, attentive and cheerful without being intrusive. The bar staff are organized and efficient. Dinner at the on site restaurant was very good. Walking distance to other restaurants and shops.

Gladwyn was exceptional at Blue Restaurant. Attentive, knowledgeable, and kind — he made our night unforgettable. We’ll definitely return because of his amazing service! He made our anniversary night even sweeter! Service like his is rare, and it truly elevated the whole evening. We will definitely be coming back — and asking for him by name!

Mandao was the absolute best bell captain we have experienced. He is professional and extremely helpful. He goes over and beyond for guests and that is rare in the current environment. His high quality service greatly enhanced our stay! We had a early departure the next morning before the bell staff would arrive so he made sure our car was in front so that we could hop in and get to the airport promptly the next morning. High kudos for his service!
