This was a great tour. We were of course expecting to go to several sweet shops but were surprised by the depth of the history and culture that was shared during the walk. Amy shared a good deal of information that I don’t think would be found on other tours (e.g., facts about MLK’s time in and influence on St Augustine). She was happy to answer all of our questions. The sweets were great and very generous. We came home with a thermal tote FILLED with goodies. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We had to cancel our original plans because of the weather, so this was a last-minute addition for us. Seamlessly booked it online just 12 hours before! The first hint of how special this would be was when our tour guide, Alex, emailed to ask what beverages we wanted to start! Each of the places we walked to was a gem - and oh the chocolate, pralines, macaroons, and more were excellent. Alex wove in the history of Saint Augustine along the way. He made us feel like our best friend was taking us to his favorite places in his favorite city. Can't rave enough about the quality of the desserts and the overall experience. We had already done a good deal of exploring and walking beforehand but would have missed every one of these stops on our own. And the final delight was a take-home bag with samples from each of the stops. Looking forward to taking more tours offered by this company at a future time.

We had a great time on this walking tour of St Augustine. Our tour guide Venessa Maxwell was knowledgeable of the area and gave us a bit of the history of this city. She also recommended a nice place for lunch (Alcazar Cafe) that had really good food.
