"Total disaster"

We excitedly bought a two-day tour from your website and were looking forward to experiencing LA. On Tuesday, October 16th, we went to the bus stop and waited for 2.5 hours. We looked several times on the website but no information. We called and were told that there was no bus due to rain. We had now wasted a very valuable vacation day. We were pleased that we had our ticket changed to another day. On Wednesday we had a lovely trip to Beverly Hill and the Walk of Fame. Now today, Thursday we were looking forward to a trip with the purple route to Downtown LA and had planned everything we were going to see. We waited at the Dolby Theater because we were sure that nothing could go wrong here. But after an hour and a half there was still no bus. We asked one of your employees. He told us that the purple route was canceled. We have now wasted two days of our precious vacation. We totally disappointed over the general service.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available in the Ovation Hollywood parking garage, with entrances from Highland Ave. in front of Loews or on Orange Court. Parking rates are $3 for the first 2 hours with validation by participating shops and restaurants. After that, it's $2.50 every 20 minutes, $7.50 every hour, with a daily maximum of $25. Prices are subject to change.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Wheelchair assistance is available on request with 24 hours notice. One wheelchair can be accommodated per bus. Please make a request in the comment section when booking your tickets. If booking with less than 24 hours notice, please call for availability.
