this elevator disruption during an art event the entire week has made it impossible to do my job and has completely spoilt my stay. In addition the pool area has been a complete mess with ZERO priority for your guests. It is honestly beyond me how you guys cannot inform the guests before booking of such disruptive event going on for an entire week and how can you not prioritise the needs of your guests who are paying so much money. I have never experienced such a disorganised, messy, chaotic and unprofessional set up. I have had clients waiting for 20/30 minutes to come up to my room for fittings. I am so very disappointed.

Great location, amazing archtecture but was charged incorrectly from mini bar, another guest using our room number for drinks at the bar, the mini bar issue still not resolved......check your credut debit card, also they had an event made to feel not welcome as wasnt allowed to walk through lobby to lift.
