Lovely spacious cabana room. Very clean. Great location. Easy to get around using Lyft and Waymo. Drinks expensive but then they are expensive everywhere in LA. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent almost a thousand dollars for just one day here, and it was the worst experience ever — especially disappointing since it was for our anniversary. From the start, the receptionist was rude when I requested a room change. She even tried to charge me more for a room that was listed cheaper on their own website, and then told me they would not honor their own price. From the moment we checked in around 5pm, we reported that our AC didn’t work. Despite repeated complaints, it was never fixed. We had to sleep in the heat with the door open, ended up bitten by mosquitoes, and got no rest. The manager promised to make it right by waiving valet and resort fees and giving us 50% off the next night. At first, he even said it would be fully comped. But he later went back on his word and didn’t follow through on any of those promises. For what we paid, the service and treatment were completely unacceptable. Broken promises, no accountability, and terrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend this place
