Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.

Please be aware that the fees detailed are subject to adjustments and applicable taxes. Upon arrival and check-in at the front desk, guests are required to provide a security deposit of $200. This deposit is fully released upon departure, provided there are no damages or incidental charges. "Awesome stay"

Excellent place to stay, amazing location, fabulous service and great vibe. Really nice and clean and great staff. Loius in valet was awesome, always there to help. Restaurants and Bars next door, walking distance to downtown area near the Vinoy and eateries on the water as well as the New pier.

"Our new Home"

Been staying at the Mint House for over 2 months now due to being displaced from Hurricane Helene. The mint house has been our home away from home. We love this place so much, we have decided to sell our suburban neighborhood house and move permanently to DTSP. We have easily transitioned from our 2200 sf home to the 430 sf Mint House. Due to losing everything in the storm, the Mint house has been instrumental in us being able to keep our lives together. The fully stocked studio with washer and dryer, dishes, and full-size refrigerator make it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. I can’t say enough about the location. We are within walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown nightlife. We don’t even drive our car anymore on the weekends. And on top of all of these things, the staff at the Mint house have been absolutely amazing. They text us or deliver all of our Amazon packages directly to our door. They provide treats for our dog every time we walk by. They keep all of the grounds looking amazing and clean. One of the best parts of our day has been our morning greeting from Louis, the front door valet. He always has a witty joke and a smile on his face. thank you to everybody at The Mint House for literally changing our lives. Have a wonderful holidays.

"Home Away From Home"

Mint House will be home until repairs from Hurricane Helene are completed. The location is convenient to everything with Sun Runner stops within a few blocks. The room is nice, complete with washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher, cooktop, and refrigerator. The staff has been great helping with a wide verity of needs. We especially like Louis, he goes out of his way to open a door, carry a package, even gives my pups treats. There is a pool I have not yet enjoyed, still hoping to do that before I leave.

"Best place to be in SP"

Great location - best if you want to explore SP to the fullest. You can access the main party road within 10 min by feet. Also nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We had really clean apartment, comfy beds and nice staff. All in all 10/10 would recommend
