Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Important Information

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.
Please be aware that the fees detailed are subject to adjustments and applicable taxes. Upon arrival and check-in at the front desk, guests are required to provide a security deposit of $200. This deposit is fully released upon departure, provided there are no damages or incidental charges. Everything was nice and clean. People are friendly and Luke. The attendant valet was exceptional. The only thing is you need to tell people about Valley parking in the price for the full day caught me off guard. I wouldn’t stay here if I known I had to pay $40 a night.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to significant construction noise outside our room, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and lacking in customer service. However, I would like to commend Greg, the parking valet. He was exceptionally kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. His welcoming attitude was the highlight of our visit and truly appreciated.

I had such a great experience with this place! Rooms were clean and spacious. The place was vibrant and cool. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the location and how everything was so close. We had a car attendant who was phenomenal. Greg did such a great job making sure our vehicle was ready for us when we requested it. He was pleasant and very professional. We plan on visiting St. Petersburg again and will only stay at the Mint House!
