Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.
Please be aware that the fees detailed are subject to adjustments and applicable taxes. Upon arrival and check-in at the front desk, guests are required to provide a security deposit of $200. This deposit is fully released upon departure, provided there are no damages or incidental charges. "Great location & comfortable accommodations"

Mint House was the perfect place to stay in downtown St Pete. It is located near restaurants and bars on Central. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was easy, front door and apartment door codes were emailed the day prior to arrival. Using the valet parking was easy. The valet Greg was friendly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved valet greg was really helpful went over and beyond to help us with parking and assist with all our unpacking. The car needs as far as holding a good door. Make sure we had all of the necessities out of our car and was moved in a timely manner.

Although the check-in process was a little confusing* once I was in everything was great Excellent room with full kitchenette for the same price as the nearby Marriott. Staff was kind and helpful. *(They kept sending "please check in" emails after I'd completed the process and only sent instructions for accessing the room an hour in advance.)

Great staff: Kind , respectful, knowledgeable, willing to help & listen. Extremely clean: Facility & rooms were very clean and appealing & didn’t have that hidden smoke smell. Quiet: Everyone abides by the rules & I loved that! I was able to work , study and get some sleep. Non smoking: I loved how u can tell it’s a non- smoking building! It didn’t have the casino smell. Safe: I like how they don’t have random people just walking in and out! They always had a great well attentive staff at the desk.
