• Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.
• Please be aware that the fees detailed are subject to adjustments and applicable taxes. Upon arrival and check-in at the front desk, guests are required to provide a security deposit of $200. This deposit is fully released upon departure, provided there are no damages or incidental charges.
