"Not even a three star"

The room was clean and the desk people were friendly and attentive. The hot tub was broken and they tried to get it running and gave us updates. Eventually they needed a new part. They fixed it early the next day and offered us late checkout so we could use it. Regarding the room, there was only luke warm water for the shower and the room smelled like FEET. We ran the in-room coffee maker just to get another odor in the room. Even though the room has a sitting area, the TV is in front of the bed and doesn't pivot so the space is almost worthless. I travel frequently and I can say the breakfast is horrible. Almost no options and what they did offer was bland.

"Started off not great but got better"

After a long travel day was looking forward to a nice hot shower. After many minutes of running the water it was barely warm, settled for that. I didn't get my hair wet and it was better than nothing but not great. The next morning I had a hot shower but the next evening it was warm not hot. Then I noticed gross stains in the old school fabric chair. The front desk lady said since she worked at hotels for many years she was 100% sure it wasn't bodily fluids. It coulda been milk but there was no way to know except she knew, lol. Overall the room and hotel were clean though. A bit older and tired but clean.
