We bought the vouchers from Tripster and they worked like a charm. We got right in the park and got our wristbands for the meal option. We were lucky to have gone only a couple of days before they shut down the park.

"Good times at Busch Gardens Tampa"
August 2019
We had a great time at Busch Gardens Tampa. They have some awesome rides and all kinds of animals in the safari. The only negative I had was the safari ride was discontinued and you now have to pay $39.99 to go on a tour. We did the all day dining, it was totally worth it between the three parks.

"Busch Gardens"
July 2019
I bought tickets for Busch Gardens of Tripster which included the all day food package. I took my two nephews that are 14 and 15 years old. The food package was half the price it would have been if purchased at the park. So it was a significant savings, and the wrist bands for the package allowed the boys to run around the park all day without having to carry money or hook up with adults when they wanted food and drinks. Since the temperature was in the upper 90's, I'm sure we saved money just on the drinks before even adding in the food. I also save money on the admission fare. I would definitely use Tripster again.

We spent the entire day here. I have NEVER seen a zoo (ish) kind-of place combined with an amusement park. If you plan to visit Busch Garden - I highly recommend getting the meal deal for the day. WELL WORTH IT!

"Our favorite place for a family day of fun in Tampa"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

Our family has had annual passes to Busch Gardens for years and it’s the perfect place to go for a day of good fun. In peak times the lines aren’t too bad during weekdays, so if you’re able to take the kids during summer break then shoot for a weekday. The rides are better than any Orlando theme park if you like thrill rides and there’s an entire Sesame Street section for the little ones that is just wonderful. I love the animals there, a lot of the park is dedicated to wildlife care and public education and they have a really neat safari. They take such good care of their animals who aren’t kept in cramped, inhumane cages and have plenty of space and a more natural habitat, including the large cats they have as rescues. I recommend Busch Gardens if you want to see large, wild cats over scam places like Big Cat Rescue, who (despite what they claim to manipulate donations and tourists) pockets profits and whose owner, Carole, has bought, bred, and sold tiger and liger kittens illegally to and from dealers and private pet owners. Busch Gardens has rescues / donated animals from people/places that could not properly care for them. The food here is much better than food from Disney World if you know where to eat. We like the barbecue restaurant between the bird sanctuary area and Sheikra (my favorite ride because of the large drop). Speaking of rides, Cheetah Hunt is a fun roller coaster but has really long lines because of the shorter height requirements (more kids can ride it, but it’s not a kiddie ride) and there have been sooo many times it has broken down after you’ve already waited so long you feel committed. I no longer even try, it’s happened that many times. We have annual passes though, so we know we can try another day/time. Cobra’s Curse has the same issue, and isn’t exciting enough to waste the 60-90 minutes just to have it break when you get near the front. Even if it takes an hour to fix, you walk away to use the restroom or eat and you lose your place and your waiting for an hour has been wasted. If the line is short on these, go for it, but otherwise consider my advice. There are so many more awesome rides at this park, use the app to check wait times to plan your way around. The shows are awesome and a great way to cool off a bit on a hot Florida day if getting soaked on the water rides isn’t your thing. Skip the water log ride if you hate small, inclosed, loud, very tightly crowded areas; it’s very old, has ridiculously long waits with screaming children, and gives me panic attacks. I don’t even normally have panic attacks, but it’s like being stuck on an elevator...you cannot even escape once you’re in it. It is not exciting at all and you’re kinda mad after the experience, lol. Do the other water tube ride, it’s newer and better but you will get wet. I do recommend Busch Gardens for anyone wanting a great day out, rain or shine there’s something fun for everyone to do there.

"Spent hours without every riding a ride - the animal exhibits are enough to fill a half a day at least"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed March 22, 2020 NEW
My husband had business in town, so I spent the morning and early afternoon at Busch Gardens walking the grounds and seeing all the animals. Mid-January on a week day seemed to be a great time to go to avoid crowds, as there were no lines and parking was easy. I got there before the park opened, and while I could park and walk up to the front gate, the gates themselves opened on time, unlike Disney parks which often open before the stated opening time. There is some construction going on and I did manage to get lost once or twice as a result, but again - it was a beautiful day and not crowded, so it didn't really matter.

Our Busch Gardens visit was the highlight of our vacation! The grounds are immaculate, staff friendly and helpful, animal exhibits are outstanding. Feeding the kangaroos and birds was an experience of a lifetime! We were most impressed by the variety of animals and the spacious, true-to-life habitats created for them. The trainers were knowledgeable and showed concern and affection towards the animals in their care. With the rides also a draw, Busch Gardens has it all. The animals were the best!
