MARGARITAVILLE ORLANDO RESORT WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!! Me and my wife booked 3 nights at Margaritaville Orlando..three months in advance! We booked a Premium King Room balcony Pool view. Dec. 9 through Dec. 11th 2024 …upon arrival they made us pay in full. We arrived at 2:00 pm they made us wait all the way till 4:45 pm to get our room. To add insult to injury they gave us room 330 on the 3rd floor with total obstructed views of the pool. There was a huge Bismark like palm tree right in front of the balcony and also looking at the tops of shade screens could not see the pool at all! There was an air conditioning unit making so much noise right by the room no one could stand to sit on a balcony for more then a few minutes. The room had broken draws and the room looked nothing close to premium for $500 a night. When We went down to ask for the room that we paid for and were promised upon paying in full on arrival. There were Lines of upset people complaining ..this was something I had never seen at a resort before and was told they had no other rooms available because they had a big convention going on. I am a first responder and work in a hospital .. I was looking forward to relaxing since I have a very high stress job and limited vacation time. We drove 2 1/2 hours from Sarasota Fl to get to this resort to only be greeted with staff that could care less..I asked to speak to a manager and all of a sudden the one I was speaking to with no name badge was the manager. As far as I am concerned she never got the manager for me to speak with it was totally unacceptable! We canceled, asked for a refund and had to drive 2 1/2 hours back to Sarasota Fl. Don’t waist your time booking a vacation at Margaritaville Orlando and if you do hope you get treated better then we did!

Traveling with my family and 10 yr old kid. We had plans to go to Animal Kingdom for the day. Wish we had stayed another night to enjoy the amenities. They have amazing pools plus you can also access the beach club that is shared with Embassy suites. Disappointed that there was only 1 shuttle going to Animal Kingdom so we had missed it. They would not allow us to book a one way back. Also you need to reserve at least an hour in advance. We ended up ubering to the park. Also disappointed they would not deliver our bags to the room while we were at the park. Nonetheless the bags arrived quickly after we had checked back into the room. The room was nice and clean. Ate breakfast at the restaurant next to the lobby area. The floors were a little dirty. There was a spill on the floor by our table that wasn’t cleaned up well. The waiter, Stephanie was extremely nice and prompt. Food was decent. The rum punch at check in was amazing. I would return to go to the pool.

Great hotel! It seems as it was recently remodeled, the social areas are very nice and have anything you need while on site. The rooms were a very nice surprise. Super well furnished and designed. Spectacular location to the parks, about 20 minutes from major parks and across the street a small walking mall. Highly suggest going to Disney springs about 20 minutes away. Pools being heated is a huge perk! The price was very good and a great value for what it is in the area! The staff was kind and helped us moved rooms. Would reccomend asking for rooms closer to the lobby if you have kids. Highly reccomend the property for a Orlando trip.

The resort was wonderful our first time here! Live music at the pool everyday! Angel F & Jessica were the waiter/waitress at the pool & were amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always there when you needed to get a drink or food!!also a short walk to restaurants and shops!! Definitely want to go back!!

Check in was given the keycard got to the property, no one explained anything about the property, had a few issues which we had to get sorted out such as a broken safe, ironing board had been jammed in behind the washing machine, not that clean with popcorn lying under the sofa as well as a few cockroach’s around the kitchen area, once inside the property no lock on the outside door, $143 on checkout bill but they say this is for cleaning after you leave the property,and is included in total price when you book but strange appears as a separate charge on check out bill,strange when you don’t pay a cleaning fee when you check out a hotel room, member of staff on check in didn’t appear welcoming or interested just gives you the key card and a map and off you go. Wouldn’t stay here again
