What times are Segway Tours Offered?

Las Vegas Segway tours are offered year-round, seven days a week. There are two times per day. One at 11:00 am and one at 2 pm.

Is hotel pick-up/drop-off provided?

No, pick-up and drop-off is not provided.

Where is the meeting point?

901 S. Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Located in The Arts District on the corner of Main and Hoover. Free Parking is located off Hoover and 1st St.

Is there an age or weight limit?

For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years old of age and weigh at least 80 pounds and not more than 350 pounds.

What should I wear?

Helmets are provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes for the tour. Dress for the weather. Shorts and t-shirts are fine. During our colder months, we suggest layers. We also recommend sunscreen, which we provide!

Are Segway’s safe for children or people with disabilities?

The necessary range of motion required to operate a Segway is like that of being able to transfer weight from one foot to another while walking. Also, riding a Segway does require the need to be able to stand for periods of time.

If I am pregnant can I join the tour?

Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our Segway tours.

How big will my group be?

Our tour operates in groups of up to eight.

What time do I need to get there for my tour at the meet-up location?

Your tour starts promptly at the scheduled time, therefore please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departure time to complete the necessary training. Each member of your party is required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete their paperwork.

I’ve never ridden a Segway before; will I be able to pick it up quickly?

Your safety is always our highest priority; therefore, we begin each tour with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use. Most people pick it up in no time. Others may require a little more time. Don’t worry! Our 5-star tour guides are excellent trainers. They will have you gliding on your own in no time!

Am I allowed to take pictures during the tour?

Absolutely! We have various stops that allow you opportunities to take pictures. However, for safety reasons, we do ask that you do not take pictures while you are riding the Segway.

Are tours canceled in case of excessive wind, heat or rain?

Yes, tours are subject to certain weather conditions. In these cases, we contact you ahead of your tour and decide to either reschedule or issue you a full refund.
