"Satisfied Guest..Soon to Return"

I do a great deal of traveling with the transportation company. Needless to say I stay in many hotels around the country. This hotel gets 4.5 Stars ⭐️. Housekeeping is phenomenal. Everything is pristine .Rooms smell great. Great customer service. No bacon and egg breakfast that they promised upon check in but they did have breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Me and my wife will definitely be back. I'm a die hard Steelers fan but it’s ok I still got a pic of the Buffalo Bills Logo in the lobby. lol 😆

"Great Stay at the La Quinta"

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend while our plumbing was out. We were worried about being so close to the airport and the planes flying above, it was not a problem at all. Staying on transit was super convenient, everything from a Target to a Cracker Barrel. Anything you could think to DoorDash is at your doorstep. The Hotel in all was incredibly clean, from the lobby to the rooms, spotless. We were excited for the complementary breakfast, would recommend heading down early to get the good stuff. We had waffles and eggs and bacon, the sausage was gone before we got there the day before. They have an assortment of bagels and toast, along with oatmeal and cereal. The coffee was decent and had a good selection of creamer and sugar (this is available all day).

"From a Travel Agent-Be Careful"

This review is a little delayed because I was trying to allow them to do the right thing, they did not. I booked two rooms at this location for almost a week. My guys were in the air on a late flight from Arizona. After they landed, got bags, rental car they arrived at the hotel around 3 am. They were informed the front desk person canceled the stay because they were a no show (even though they were standing in front of him). I was told their entire reservation was canceled and I would need to re-book the rest of the stay, trusting the hotel would make things right. Under the Rules and Restrictions it states, "Cancellations or changes made after 6:00pm (property local time) on Aug 19, 2025 or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees." I had no issue paying that. I made the booking so my guys would have someplace to stay and not drive all over. Ironically the second booking was even more expensive than the first. I noticed I was billed TWICE for same stay, totaling 3549.10! I contacted Expedia multiple times for a refund of one of the stays, they advised the GM of the hotel refused to refund ANY of the money even though the rules state the should only be able to charge one-night. My advised, do not stay at this location. They are shady AF.

"Comfy bed, best for short stay"

Comfy bed. You will be happy if you are a do-it-yourself type who wants privacy. Housekeeping seems to come only for checkout, so for a longer stay, you may have to replenish things yourself. The room was clean, shower worked, and internet did, too-- except during 2 power outages, possibly weather related.

Mr Antjuan Dickson, assistant manager, is super, professional, hard working, responsible staff. He went beyond his responsibilities to make customers stay in the hotel comfortable and went beyond his responsibilities to make sure my car park in hotel parking lots waiting for shipping company to ship to different city even after I had checked out. All customers and any company who has him to work with is really lucky!
