"Refund silence."

I have to concur with Ian W. I cancelled my proposed June trip weeks ago and have also sent a reminder but I've heard nothing. I haven't even received an acknowledgement. I appreciate these are unusual times but you shouldn't promise what you can't deliver. I understand there may be a delay in receiving my refund which I can accept but if you don't even acknowledge my emails I'm left in the dark and suspect I'll never see my refund. So treat this company's refund promises with real caution.

I have no reason to doubt that this company offers a fantastic service in normal times. Booking process was easy with plenty of useful info on the website. The flexibility of refunds was also a big appeal. However these aren't normal times and this is written with that in mind. Unfortunately I had to cancel a planned trip; this was acknowledged promptly and courteously with a refund promised. Since then (over 6 weeks) no refund has arrived and e-mails are being ignored. I genuinely wish no ill-will on this firm and I hope all its staff are keeping safe. However it appears to still be offering its services, with flexible refunds a part of this. Therefore if you're looking to rely on that particular aspect, please treat it with caution...

As a Mom traveling with two teenagers, finding activities that everyone finds equally exciting can be challenging. Bikes and Hikes passed the test with flying colors. I would recommend this hike to anyone traveling to LA as a tourist or to anyone that lives in the area as well. Sarah, our hike guide, was awesome. She had a wealth of knowledge about the mountains, the whole LA area, and shared some fun stories along the way. Sarah came up with great suggestionson on how to enjoy the LA area and all its glory despite the restrictons presented to us during our trip.( National Health Crisis ) Loved the outside Lampost Exhibit Sarah! I would consider this hike a must "do for athletic minded people who want to get a real flavor for the area. Thank you Bikes and Hikes for one of our favorite California memories!

Want to see LA in a day and aren’t afraid for a good exersise? Book this tour. Good bikes and guides. It’s a 32 miles trip with the first 10 miles being the hardest going uphill. The reward is when you reach the beach. And if you want to see it all? Also book the Hollywood tour.
