This hotel was perfect for our stay. Autumn at check in was so sweet and very informative. We went to the Skybar for the pool party and it was packed! The valet was always very nice to us when we asked for the car. 10/10 stay and we will be back!! There was another desk agent but I don’t remember his name but he was also very nice!

This review is long overdue. We had a weekend staycation at the Mondrian, mainly to enjoy the rooftop. Check-in was smooth, but there was no real sense of welcome, and the same was true at check-out. The customer service felt minimal, and I guess I’ve been spoiled by other 5-star hotels that offer welcome drinks and a warmer arrival experience. That said, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool was lively, good Dj, and the servers at the bar were friendly. Drinks and food were good.
