Each bright and contemporary guest room at Hilton Orlando is equipped with flat-screen TVs. A large work desk with an ergonomic chair is also provided. WiFi is available—the 26 tropically landscaped acres of the Orlando Hilton feature 2 swimming pools and a lazy river. The on-site fitness center has a jogging track and cardio machines.

FastBreak serves up all-American eats and a wide variety of beers on tap. The drinks flow as easily as the conversations and delicious eats are always the MVP. The 24-hour gourmet marketplace Scratch Market serves finest freshly ground espresso and coffees and gourmet, and whole-leaf teas. Marlin provided an outstanding experience and truly went above and beyond for us. After joining the Hilton Club, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but Marlin made everything clear, simple, and enjoyable. She gave us a really good price for our next trip and took the time to walk us through all the details so we felt confident and excited about our upcoming vacation. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who is both knowledgeable and personable, but Marlin definitely stands out. We left feeling extremely satisfied with our decision and grateful for her assistance. Simply the best customer experience I have ever had upon entering a hotel. I was here for just a meeting (didn't stay), but was greeted by hotel manager Richard when I entered. He not only helped me find my meeting room, but also took care of a totally unrelated problem I had regarding something I had forgotten to pack. Was completely above and beyond, and the best service I have ever received. Aside from that the lobby area and facilities were lovely. As mentioned, I didn't actually stay at this hotel, I was just there for a meeting. But if I am ever back in Orlando, this is where I will stay.
