"How one person (Mr. Herman!) has already create a positive experience even before arriving!"

I haven't even arrived yet and am already pleased with the service! I am preparing to send my children to attend their sister's graduation at Howard University. They will arrive without me because I will be arriving from international travel, and I wanted to ensure they have no trouble checking in when they do. Mr. Herman has helped me along the way, making sure that everything is taken care of. Each time I call, he remembers my name and the situation and has ensured that every detail goes according to plan. He was excited that we would be there celebrating our daughter, and I can't wait to meet Mr. Herman in person and shake his hand in appreciation...

Lala is an excellent person her customer service was top tier my breakfast experience was very pleasant. Overall every staff member I encountered was phenomenal from Herman , Kevon, Dre and Shamar they all provided outstanding customer service with a beautiful personality.

Clean rooms. Front desk was somewhat responsive but unable to honor requests made through the Honors app. We selected rooms next door were given rooms on different floors when we arrived. Breakfast service was excellent. ha ha was very nice

A very nice place to stay! Super friendly staff, great location. Very close to subway station and all kinds of restaurants. Terrific breakfast served in a welcoming environment and very kind attendants. Our only issue was the elevator situation, in that all 13 floors operated off of two elevators. This made for crowded situations, and it was not uncommon to see a full elevator and have to wait for the next one. We did have a recommendation for management too. We really think there should be more than one dining room attendant on staff at a time. The ladies were trying their best to keep up with cleaning tables but it was just too much for one person. This caused messy tables, some staying messy for 10-20 minutes, and messy floors that took a long time to get cleaned. It’s obvious you guys spent a lot of money to furnish an elegant dining room… why not keep it looking nice by staffing enough people to keep it clean? It just makes sense. But if we go to DC, we would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!
