I hadn’t stayed here for many years, and was delighted to discover a new, refurbished place to stay in Bethesda. The staff, including Nara and Erica, were professional, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful! The room was very clean, and I look forward to my next visit. I recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

Didnt even make it to the hotel due to unforseen circumstances and the manager and staff were completely non empathetic and would not budge to help me out at all. The wrong location from our family was booked and I attempted 2 minutes later to rectify the situation and they still charged me for the night. Might I add my flight was delayed 6 hours and due to cancellatons took us 2 days to get there so a little grace wouldve gone a long way! I can see if it were a different company but same company one listed as hilton downtown and one us capitol-easy to make an error in the current situation Luckily the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown washington has excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations and turned our trip around. I was promised a message back from the manager-and nothing..i highly suggest not booking this hotel and to book the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Washington much better staff and location and you know, if you run into any problems, you will be taking care of!

I’ve stayed here before and the room and staff are nice. Was able to check in very early and previously the hot tub and pool were working, but not this trip! No warning and it was the main reason I stayed here this trip so I’m bummed and making this review to warn others since it was not mentioned before booking!

Beds were soft and comfortable. The pool was not warm and the shower was not hot just lukewarm. our room was not cleaned every day while we were there, we had to ask for cleaning. The complimentary water bottles were appreciated.
